One star just for the technician that deserved 5 star but for the management they’re worth zero. Misleading estimates from rude owner and the receptionist.
I was told that the service call was $ 50 ended up being $ 95 plus the $ 50 regardless they fix it or not. With that being said, they should be quoting customers that it’s $ 145 for a service call not $ 50.
Now they’re claiming it’s 50 dollars just for gas and extra $ 95 for the technician to look at the problem and another $ 95 every hour that it takes them to fix the problem plus parts. REALLY? ???
THEY SHOULD NOT BE QUOTING $ 50 SERVICE CALL WHEN IN FACT IT’S $ 145. It’s a shady gimmick to come out and collect $ 145 by quoting $ 50 for a service call… Wow no shame !!! Feel sorry for the nice technician that’s stuck in middle of the fued…
It’s not so much about the $ 50 at the end of the day. it’s how they BS and fight the customers when I called them out to let them know that they shouldn’t be giving false quote. and U can literally hear the owner in the back coaching the receptionist. just Shocking.
STAY AWAY FROM HERE… or just know they will charge $ 145 just to come out !!!
