Tried this place out for the first time today for lunch. I used the map directions from Unilocal and it took me on a weird route there. I would look up directions on your own. It is a bit hard to spot in the small, corner strip mall it is located on and it is extremely small as others have mentioned in their reviews(maybe 15ft across). I ordered 6 tacos(2 al pastor, 2 asada, &2 carnitas). They were tasty and packed with a generous amount of meat and a good deal at $ 1.10 per taco. I love when taco places have a self-serve salsa bar. They had both red and green(both good) and sliced radishes and cucumbers which tasted fresh. Considering how close this place is to my work and house, it is safe to say I will be back to try more items from the menu and I could see me changing my rating to 5 stars.

Food was fine, standard Mexican taco shop food. But I can’t help but be a little perturbed that they don’t sell just a side of chips. Mostly I just find it weird, because it’s like the easiest thing to do, and I know they have chips(since they do nachos). But I asked if I could buy a side of chips and guac, and they said they don’t make guac, so I was like okay, well how about just chips and salsa, and they said they don’t do that. I saw a bag of chips in the back, so I know they had it. Why you holding out on me Tacos Puebla?!! Haha oh well.

i live down the street and my wife picked up some food to try a local joint. We ordered tacos, a veggie burrito and nachos. My wife is a vegitarian so the only thing we shared was the nachos. The next morning, we were both sick as a dog pooping and puking everywhere. I uploaded a picture of both my poop and puke, got denied by Unilocal. Good luck if you want to sit on a toilet all day.

Don’t know if the t me of day depends on the quality of the food but wow what a disappointment! After reading all the great Unilocal reviews we decided to try this place out, after reading all the reviews I decided on the taco fundido, umm my «fundido» part was small and soggy! The meat was greasy as if it was pan fried meat, the chipotle sauce on top was flavorful but that’s about it, we got there about and hour before closing so idk if that determined the quality but either way at 3.00 a taco it should have been worth it! I’ll continue to take my business across the way!

Meat quality was no good honestly. I had the tacos fundidos and a taco Arabe. The fundido was good cause of the cheese cause the meat was like oily and fried, I think anything with cheese like that is good. The cheese made it good. But if it didn’t have the cheese it would be a fail. And let me tell you about the Arabe, it had grey/tan colored meat idk if was chicken or beef. It’s suppose to have al pastor inside which is pork. So I’m not sure but one bite and I was done. No Bueno. We were better off going across to el sabrosito, cheaper and way way better.

Decided to try out this taco place because of the high ratings/reviews, unfortunately it didn’t come close to living up to the ratings. The restaurant is literally a hole in the wall, which would be ok if they kept it clean, and the food was good. We ordered carne asada tacos, they were bland, tortillas were really small and greasy, meat was bland and had too much fat. 1st and last time we’ll be eating here!

This little hole in the wall restaurant doesn’t really look too appealing from the outside. I was in one of the other local businesses in the shopping center and I had to wait quite a while I was hungry so I was looking for something to eat anything close I saw this place tacos Puebla and I just thought I’d give it a shot. I got to say I am very impressed with the variation of the menu you can choose all types of Mexican mom dishes from tacos dorados to molitas all types of classic mexican peubla style. Delicious delicious I had the tacos Dorados de papa and two tacos de asada unfortunately I don’t live around here so I won’t be coming here that much. But to the locals and people thinking of trying this place out its a must! Only problem is limited seating and no restrooms so bring hand sanitizer

I’m seriously addicted to the fundidos and lenga tacos! Fast service + fresh food + fresh salsa bar with condiments. I come every week.

The food here definitely tastes good… I’ve tried the cemitas, burritos, tacos etc. They always have fresh salsas. The food in my opinion is a little over priced and they charge to use your atm card! The seating area and floors are dirty at times and the workers don’t come out to sweep or clean off the tables! I’ve also noticed that sometimes they close 20 to 30 minutes earlier than scheduled witch sucks! Lastly, the cooks don’t always wash there hands after handling cash!

Tacos fundidos are the bomb! Also tried the tacos de papas which were also pretty tasty. Cemitas are good but I don’t care too much for the actual bread. All their salsas and condiments are fresh and flavorful. Workers are very nice as well. Seems to be a lot of male patrons which is fine but the place is small so it’s a little uncomfortable for me.

The bf and I came to this place and we were very disappointed with the entire experience there. Tacos were very bland, the tortilla was all nasty and soggy and the meat had no flavor. The place smelled like fart and it was not pleasant

I think I have found the a worthy competitor to Tacos Chapala(in Long Beach) for the title of best hole-in-the-wall tacos in SoCal. While I’ve raved about the Tacos Chapala for years, this newly discovered place is, dare I say it, just as good. I’ll even give them extra points for having a more diverse menu and the BEST lengua tacos I have ever had, period. The chunks of lengua are like pork belly, perfectly cooked and just the right amount of meat/fat ratio. Most places cut out the fatty parts which is a HUGE mistake! The tacos fundidos are a must-try with the crunchy cheese layer and topped off w/avocado and just the right amount and intensity of jalapeños. You really can’t go wrong with any of the meats and they have them all; asada, al pastor, carnitas, chorizo, lengua, etc. Glad I found this place so close to work.

The food was great. I got 3 tacos on there 75 cent taco Tuesday. Their chicken and corizo was great. One of the best. The cooks were nice. The place is really small though. 3 tables and maybe 4 bar stools and a table on the wall. My hubby got their floutas. They were really good too. Over all I really enjoyed this place and we’ll be back to try their other stuff. We passed this place allot but never thought nothing of it. I found this place on Unilocal.I’m very glad I did.

Ok folks this place is a must for all you taco lovers. I’m a big food critic and not very pleased with a lot of taco places. Tacos Puebla you rocked on «The Gringa» and the«Arabe Taco«was to die for! I will definitely come back and try the rest of the menu!

Do not be turned off by the scenery. It’s a hole in the wall spot but the staff is super friendly the food is delicious! **Must haves are GRINGAS, ALAMBRES, and TACOSFUNDIDOS** I didn’t give five stars because I feel that they sometimes take too long in having my food ready. So if you are in a rush I recommend calling your order in first.

Oh. My. Gosh. This place is AMAZING! It is the best Mexican food I’ve had this side of Mexico. These folks know how to cook authentic Mexican food. No detail is missed. I wish we lived closer. It would be a regular place for us. I’m telling you, it is fantastic. It’s a bit cramped on the inside as it is small, but man, it is completely worth it. Take it home if you have to. Eat it in your car. Anything. Just get some of this scrumptious cuisine. You will not be sorry!

A hole in the wall place located in Bellflower. It’s not totally authentic like made in Mexico, but comes pretty close. Food here is a bit unique, unlike the many other Mexican joints commonly found around. Tacos Fundidos are a definite must get. They are tacos that are made with a fun twist — grilled to crunchy queso cheese with choice of meat, jalapeños, avocado, and chipotle sauce, all on top of the tortilla… yummy yummy yummy. Check out all of the pictures of those things posted. Picaditas are like Mexican style pupusas with strips of asada on top. Comes with 4(2 green sauce &2 red sauce). Just the right amount of cheese makes them thick, juicy eats. After finishing, be sure to check out Paleteria Y Neveria La Monarca across the street for some awesome Mexican ice cream deserts.

This place gets 5 stars because it’s my first time and this small joint is packing heat! I just moved in the area so I’ve decided to get on the skateboard and look for food. Passed by this lil gem and was intrigued by these«tacos fundidos». They look like regular tacos with grilled cheese or something and avocado. You can never go wrong with grilled cheese and avocado! Def my new taco joint in this area. Gonna try the cemitas next. Small spot, possibly 15 people max. Clean and simple. Highly recommended! P. s. I even had to dig for my Unilocal password just to do this review.
