I purchased a gift for someone at 1 Paperboat. I asked for a gift receipt and the owner told me the recipient had 20 days to return or exchange the gift. I went back with her to return it for a different color and the owner didn’t have the color she wanted so we wanted to return it. The owner then told us that she didn’t do returns as she is a «small boutique.» We had the item in perfectly new condition, the receipt and she wouldn’t do a return but at the time of purchase told me she would! In other words, all sales are final at this store. I will be taking my business elsewhere where return policies and customer service is better.
