I have bought quite a bit of jewelry from whimsy over the past few years. However, the stone fell out of one of my earrings after less than 2 years, and when I requested that it be replaced for no charge, the owner said it looked like it had been damaged by chemicals, which it turns out, is a shower. I agreed to pay for the new stone, but when I told the owner I would tell others about the issues with her jewelry, she refused to help me and sent it right back. She also reminded me that she gives a warning with her jewelry, and she does, that was presented while ringing up the sale. I do not expect a lifetime warranty, but I do appreciate good customer service. After the way I was treated, I won’t be buying more jewelry from this store.

What a lovely jewelry store!
Designed and set up more like a gallery, this shop has unique, artisan jewelry pieces arranged in free-​standing displays arranged about the store. The jewelry runs more to the contemporary (which I am personally partial to) and cover a wide range of price points (bonus!). There were some bold, colorful circular pendants that were made from melted glass marbles. And a variety of awesome silver chains, thick, various lengths, modern. And some large turquoise rings in clean, sleek settings to DIE for.
There were also some interesting metal artwork pieces leaning against the walls that my hubby liked a lot.
The lady who was working here on the day we visited was incredibly friendly and patient, as I tried on many pieces of jewelry and asked her to please open many a display case for me. Such a nice woman! Genuinely personable and easy to talk to.

Very cute store. I was walking my dog and saw some cute stuff on the sidewalk and decided to check it out! My dog was a little nervous about the shop dogs, but they were really professional ;). i got some SUPER cute skull earrings for only 10 dollars, I know they have nicer things and next time I want some quirky bling I’ll def be back!
