Dr. is nice, but seems like he rushes the patient a little. He also spoke to me as though I was stupid and didn’t understand my own insurance policy, which I found rude. During the previous visit a few years earlier, the receptionist got misinformation(from a different insurance company) that ended up forcing me to foot a larger bill than I expected; I had to submit a claim to get the difference returned to me, which took lots of phone calls over several months, incl. some to the Dr. office. Dr. talked to me as though this mix-up was my fault. Tried to talk me into $ 600 glasses. I don’t make much, so I had to turn them down in favor of cheaper ones. When I asked him if he would adjust them to keep them from doing something, he said it’d be OK because he would make sure they fit better. They don’t. They’re awkward and slip off my face, and make my ears stick out(he said they wouldn’t). They also ended up being more(after ins.) than the super expensive pair he steered me towards, which makes me wonder how much those would have actually been. After two experiences with this place that both pretty much sucked, I wouldn’t go here again. I’m confident there are better, less pushy eye doctors in the area.
