I came in today to pick up a PlayStation four media remote. There were six people ahead of me in line and one person working the register. The other employee was standing at the computer next to the register and not helping any customers. I asked her if she could assist me in retrieving something from the floor and she said she was busy. After 10 minutes of waiting in line I left without my item. I will not be returning to this game stop and will be going to game universe in natick from now on so I can be treated like a person and not a number.
