They are SO much better than Milford. The deals are great and the service is friendly and quick. I feel different Staples locations make the customer either a– feel good about coming back, or b– feel annoyed and awful to return to their store.

I went to Staples to see about their PC Tune Up Event. In my opinion it’s a scam. A scam to try and sell me $ 500 worth of stuff I don’t need. I took my wifes laptop in to see if I could get it to run faster because according to the card I got: «Our PC Tune Up+ includes: Speed up start and shutdown time — Cleanup of unnecessary files for faster performance — Scan for viruses.» Well, what I was told was for $ 450 I could buy the care I needed. I was told that the anti-virus software I had was garbage. BTW I use Avira(which is one of the best on the market). And I had 12 viruses on the computer. And because of that they won’t touch my computer. Funny how I just ran a scan before I took it in and didn’t find ANY viruses. I also told them that if I went home and ran another virus scan and there were viruses on it now, I’d be back because THEY put them there. The guy got all offensive and rude after that. I think he was upset that he didn’t find another sucker to sign up for their scam. I don’t think I will be shopping at Staples anymore. I used to think highly of them and their name brand — but that’s gone now.

I was pretty freaked out yesterday about a presentation that needed to be a town hall by 2:00. Of course I didn’t have all the parts that I needed. Donna Lynn, Deb & Bob all were involved and helped me pull it together. I walked out with a beautiful presentation and I can’t say enough about the technical skills and emotional support that I get every time I use the Bellingham Staples Copy Center. They are the best!!! Thanks so much!!!

I went in to buy school supplies and a new printer and color cartridges. I had a very helpful salesman who stayed with me and answered every question I had. The minute I walked in the door, I was greeted by an employee who had a pleasant attitude. Now that IS refreshing. The store is clean, well displayed, and well staffed. There is nothing that I hate more than when you can’t get a soul to help you when you really need some guidance. Every employee I saw working on the floor(not at register) was either helping a customer or busy stocking and straightening. Must be good management. Don’t overlook Staples… they know their product!

Really great store! I have been in there for the copy center, and women there were so helpful with a crazy project I needed help with. The copy center can do just about anything, and the woman, I wish I had gotten her name, was really patient with me. They now have an IT department and as I write this on my newly cleaned up laptop, I cannot help but grin with joy! I have met 2 techs, Christian and George. It is so refreshing to not be treated like an idiot, even though I freely admit I can be when it comes to computers. No muss, no fuss. Just really nice, competent guys who get the job done right and really quick. I actually got a call from them when my computer was ready, where at other IT stores, I had to call every few days. I was so confident with the work, I brought in another crashed computer, the home one which is due back today. While I am not happy with the $ 250 fee to recover the lost files, I am excited at the prospect that I might get those file back. I have also shopped for networking equipment and got exactly the help I needed, which was expert help that I didn’t need to purchase anything! All around great store, in every department. Really clean, well organized and great selection and value. Parking can be a bear, there is a large lot but next to Marketbasket I guess the bright side is you can get in a quick walk,
