Gap requires employees to take a break after working for 4 hours, so the GM will purposely schedule employees to work shifts that are 3 hours and 45 minutes to bypass this rule and keep employees on their feet for their entire shift. It’s a terribly unjust and underhanded way to conduct business, especially since the company can unquestionably afford to give their employees the breaks they need.

An amazing place to shop. The employees are very knowledgable about the products they sell (I was specifically in the mens jeans and shirts sections) as well as very helpful without being over bearing. The suggestions the staff made where very helpful and ultimately ensured my purchase.
