Frank Scarpa has been my family’s tax preparer for years. We’ve developed a rapport, which is one of the best features of having a regular preparer rather than ‘figuring it out’ every year.
The office staff is kind, and never fail to offer us water or coffee before our visit. Most years there are raffles and Frank always offers to see us, free of charge, during the year, just in case anything comes up and we have questions.
Honestly, even if the cost is slightly higher than some of the one office businesses H&R Block offers greater protections for its clients and its size encourages my belief in their ability to represent me in the event of an audit. When doing something as important as filing my taxes I trust the best, and the best I’ve found is H&R Block.
