I went in not knowing what to look for, I am on my feet all day and have bad feet. A young women, and a young gentlemen was near, as I explained to the women I had bought a couple pairs before and looking for something less heavy… Mr. Hilton was there at the time and came over to me and sat me down and took a look at my feet, He knew just what to show me and noticed what kind of insole to use for my feet. It took awhile… But I can’t thank him enough… for all he was able to tell me. about my feet. I now have happy feet, and plan on going in this Friday, for some sandals for summer. My back problems not so bad anymore. I have a bad knee all so, and can walk comfortably without feeling like its going to go out on me. Best place to go for happy feet.

I bought a pair of shoes here about a year ago, they were a little pricey but nice shoes. The woman honored the coupon I had saved but forgot to bring (for $ 10 off) and then when the buckle popped off a couple months later, Hilton’s had it repaired for free. I had great service, got shoes that I love to this day, and they took good care of me when the shoe broke. Thanks!

If you want good shoes that fit, this is the place to go. The staff has always been friendly, and will help you try on multiple shoes until you find the pair that fits perfectly. My wife gets shoes for work there every year, and has been happy with them, unlike some of the ones she ordered online that don’t quite fit well enough to wear to work for 12 hours. The prices seem a little high, but you get what you pay for in shoes. They also carry large sizes for men unlike the larger stores.

I love the selection of comfortable shoes and the fact that the staff still knows what the Brannock device is and how to use it… that is truly service!
