I just moved up here and received massages regularly where I uses to live. This was a sub par massage. I left with the same knots and pains as when I walked in. It was more of a rub rather than a massage. She talked a lot during, which I am usually fine with and will talk back but she could only do one at a time and every time she had something to say the massage took a break. Also, when she asked if pressure was ok, and I said go for it, she tried to prove a point by digging as hard as she could, which I am fine with until she ran her elbow along the bones in my spine. When I walked out there was also a guy getting a massage on a portable bed in the waiting area… Just seemed weird to me. I am just glad I had a coupon and didn’t have to pay full price. If a light rub and a conversation is what you are after this is the place. Other than that I would not recommend.

What a life saver. I tweaked my back to the point of barely being able to move. I walked in the office in such pain and they saw what I was dealing with, took me in and worked wonders on me to get me back on my feet again. I purchased the monthly plan as I saw this as an investment in my health. They are so accommodating and great to ensure I learn how to take care of myself to ensure future health of my back and body. Seems strange that they would teach me some steps to stretch when most would just accept the appointments and take your money. I highly recommend then for all your aches and pains. Thanks!

As a fairly recent arrival to the area, I was really nervous when my back began causing me pain. While I had a great chiropractor in my previous location, it took me considerable time and experimentation to find him. This was a process that I was loathe to repeat.
Imagine my surprise when my first try netted me Dr. Roca and company. His office is fairly unique, both in open floor plan and operation. I am thrilled with the time and concern that Dr. Roca spends with me and other clients. He is very well versed in all manner of holistic and medical information, and can advise or refer.
I am also quite pleased with the prices offered for treatment. Currently, I have no medical insurance, but I pay a VERY reasonable price for my treatment. Bottom line: Dr. Roca and the associated massage therapists in his practice seem truly concerned with the health and well being of their patients.
