Internal Harmony

I began going to Internal Harmony in 2008 for the Ionic Foot Bath & Far Infra Red Sauna to assist in a detox program I had started. Shannon completely won me over with her down-​to-​earth bedside manner and rich knowledge of holistic health. A few months later I began to do colonics, which I fell in love with because the before and after was astounding –in terms of the way I felt– both mentally & physically! almost 3 years of going to Internal Harmony, I enrolled in Colon Hydrotherapy School and now, I work with Shannon to provide safe, comfortable and enjoyable detox services. My favorite new service is our Aloe Body Wrap, which significantly reduces the appearance of cellulite while detoxing the lymph-​system. I highly recommend you try us out!
