Not my favorite place to shop. Its not easy to find the things I want here. Its probably because its for the older crowd. The store is bright. But sometimes I find inside too many reflections. Like the tile floors being white. Not much of a great idea. So the feeling of shopping there can be tiring. Layout its ok. I sometimes find that it feels like Canadian Winners inside but a bit more fancier. Still… Its a hit and miss in terms of finding what you want.

Actually it’s not as bad as it sounds despite thinking Macy’s has a bit better stuff, at least for men’s side. Still some good sales 70% off on brands like Dockers, Arrow… sorry to say it but fathers’ labels LOL. But there are Levi’s on Tue east side or left if you enter fr parking lot. Quite large section, beside Old Navy inside mall. I Dont mind their luggage dept albeit a bit small, beside kitchen stuff. AMEX good. nice service.

I walked in here to kill time to look at Towels, it’s not a bad store. The prices don’t really compare to back home but I have a thing for browsing home décor stores.

This store was rather large and was clean and well lit. Open until 9pm on a Sunday night was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and I LOVE the price scanner they have on the wall for customers to use. They have clearance racks up to 80% off! Unheard of! They had a good selection of products and I was able to find a cute dress, a bra and skirt set and a few other things. I paid with my Kohl’s card, and even though I forgot my coupons at home, they still gave me a scratch and win card which gave me an additional 15% off. After Macy’s it was a pleasant surprize.

I was very impressed with the customer service we received at this store. I’ll admit that Kohl’s is not one of the stores I usually frequent when I’m shopping. I was at Bellis Fair with my mother and my grandmother and they wanted to buy bath towels. Once they were ready to pay, they lined up at the cashier. We hadn’t been waiting for very long but a bit of a line was starting to form(there were 2 or 3 people ahead of us) but staff was very quick to open additional tills to minimize the wait. My mother’s purchase was a little complicated as she wanted to pay for the items separately, but the sales associate was very patient and accommodating despite the fact that other customers were waiting(additional tills were opened to help them as well). The store is clean and well organized and they often have great deals. Based on my experience, I will add Kohl’s to my list of places to check out when I’m at Bellis Fair.
