I was pleased to find Master Auto Tech when I moved to Bellingham early last year and needed service for my Mercedes. Bob Taylor (the owner) has deep knowledge of Mercedes, communicates well, and the services I’ve needed (three now) have been done well.
Their customer service has been impressive. First with the loaner car and second by not charging for every minute of their time. I stopped by one day to get advice on a critical issue before I left on a trip. Even though there was no work for them to do, they took the time to look at my car, gave me the advice I needed, and didn’t charge me a penny. In today’s world that’s impressive.
As you might imagine, Master Auto Tech has become a valued resource.
