Don’t go to this McDonald’s!!! I ordered the ten chicken nuggets meal for combo and I asked her if I could have hot chocolate as my drink (I knew maybe they will charge more) and the lady said she doesn’t know how to do it! So I told her that’s fine then I will just order the hot chocolate separately. Then at the receipt I saw that she already put upgrade for hot chocolate on my meal and she also added the large coke for drink. It cost me like ten dollars just for the number 6 meal! The main thing that made me mad is when I open the lid and was ready to threw away the hot chocolate becoz it tasted like water, I found it’s not hot chocolate inside, it’s milk!!!

They’ve shorted me on sandwiches for ~1/​3 of the multi-​person orders I’ve made here. :(

Out of date location. Kind of gross. I prefer the Samish location.

I don’t really get how you could give these guys less than five stars. I mean sure, the food is pretty bad, but you’re eating at McDonald’s what do you expect? This isn’t Anthony’s here or the god damn hearthfire, if you want good food go somewhere else.
Was real drunk, got real shit food, loved it, hated myself in the morning. I needed food and McDonald’s provided.

Hilarious, I almost considered a 4 star because of their separate ice cream section! Don’t have that in Canada, yet… haha…
Big nice new types, curvy booths, and a mega big play section for kids.
Tried the $ 2 jalapeño chicken, nothing special.
Fast service.

Terrible food, pricing that is out of control and just not worth it.
I had a salad that was nondescript; my wife had a burger and fries.
The fries my wife ordered were cold, soggy and tasted terrible. I don’t think even the ants would eat them. At least not without indigestion.

By far my favorite mcdonalds. I’ve gone here since I was a kid. They have a full play place, great staff, and the place is comfortable and clean. Plus 24 hour drive-​thru and inside is open pretty late usually too.

NOT HAVE AGAIN: I haven’t had a Big Mac for a decade (the McDouble is my burger of choice at McDonalds), so I decided to have one with added bacon ($ 1) and tomato ($ 0.49) but it just wasn’t very good. Also, the fries were lukewarm and our order was not correct.

Don’t go to this McDonalds if you want freshly cooked anything. Also, don’t expect to go to the drive through and leave with a correct order. This place is extremely poorly managed and their fries are old and warm 9 times out of 10.

First impressions mean the world and our first experience here was terrible enough to make me not want to visit again.
First of all, the driveway, or entrance to the parking lot is a pain in the butt to get into; unless you’re coming from a certain way you have to drive through a shell gas station and across another road to get into it.
Service inside was awkward and as customers we felt like we were «in the way». There were a couple people waiting for their orders and instead of having someone take our orders, what appeared to be a manager was expediting and giving people their food while what appeared to be a shift lead was yelling at «her» drive through crew. Yelling at your crew in front of customers makes you and your crew look bad and I’m certain it doesn’t motivate them to do better. But I’m not here to critique the way they run things — just share my crappy experience.
So we got around to ordering our food and that went fine. There was no one ordering after us. But when we got the food, they neglected to give us a cup for our drink, didn’t give us a four piece chicken nugget that we had ordered (it was in receipt) and messed up the sandwich my husband ordered. Strangely enough the ticket was correct, but the sandwich was missing the bacon and cheese ie all it had on it was mayo. One good thing — try remembered my sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets that I never got.
Also, everyone on four square left tips saying «get the fries» we’ll we got em and they weren’t bad but they were far from the best we’ve had.
All in all terrible excuse for a McDonald’s. extremely disappointed and we are going to be taking our business elsewhere from here on out.
Oaky I will give them a star because the restaurant was clean. But cleanliness alone is not going to get me to come back to this store.

Clean. Nice staff. Even clean bathrooms. Definitely different than mcDonald’s in LA
