I took a couple guitar lessons here over the summer never having played before. I took lessons from Bob and honestly I think that he was amazing. He makes sure you understand the reasons for the musical concepts. He’s super chill and really funny, I was really nervous but he put me at ease right away. He is very encouraging and definitely hope to take some more lessons this summer.

I have come to this shop on several occasions now, each time I get consistently professional and curtious assistance from knowledgeable staff. Most recently I picked up a Line 6 device which helps me record sounds from analog equipment on my computers. I needed information on this and similar products and their staff took the time to walk me through exactly what I needed to know to make an informed decision before purchase. I will definitely keep coming back!

After having two terrible experiences in this store I will never be back for a third. The first time I went in I was greeted by such a rude store employee, it was quite obvious she just wanted me gone.
Then several months later I tried to rent an instrument through them and got quite the run around. Was told they had the instrument and it would be ready for pickup the next day. Called the next day to double check and was told it was more damaged than though and would need to be sent away for a tune-up, it would be ready the next week. Called the next week and was told it was unrepairable and they ordered a new one, would be in the next week. Called the next week, and was told the instrument was held up and was several weeks out. Ridiculous.
