Great service and good food.
I decided to try the Rickshaw for lunch.
I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, which was $ 7. The asked where I was parked so that they could deliver it to my car.
The 3 star Pad Thai order was more than I could eat for lunch. It was good, just not super flavorful. Next time I will try the 4 or 5 star to see how it tastes.
This is certainly a nice addition to the Bellingham food Truck /​Trailer scene. I will be back, and I am looking forward to trying other items on their menu.

The pad Thai was super gross, the sauce was weirdly flavoured and the noodles all stick together and are lumpy. The saving grace was the overpriced crab rangoons are decently good.

Well, I gave them my «three chances» try and sadly they failed.
While the service has been friendly, the food has never been quick and more importantly– never been good.
The lumpias are good, but only as good as buying frozen ones and frying them. The veggies were dull and over cooked. The beef was beyond chewy and flavorless. The wasabi sauce was good ish, but not nearly delicious enough to save the dish; the ribeye beef bowl.
I have had friends recommend the place; maybe I’m ordering the wrong things? But again, three times is not the charm.
I won’t be going back.

My favorite thing to get here is the Massaman curry. So delicious! Really great flavor, yummy chicken or tofu, veggies, served with a large portion of white rice to enjoy along with it.

I have had the Japanese Rib eye Beef Bowl twice, it’s awesome. Took only 10 minutes and they brought the meal over to my car which was parked a ways away. Super nice people working there, they have obviously fresh ingredients, very high class place.

So good! Their lumpia is amazing! The ribeye bowl is one of my favorite dishes they have. The service is always super friendly too.

Wheres the peanut sauce on the pad thai? Crushed peanuts and a rather odd flavored sauce, and too many carrots. Edible, decent portion for $ 6, but NOT pad thai.

Food’s delicious, portions are great and the prices aren’t bad. This will definitely be one of my go-​to food trucks.
Notes:
I ordered the chicken pad thai at 5-​star spiciness and it wasn’t very spicy. If you’re looking some burn, you’ll probably want to let them know. Still very happy with it, though.
Also, cash only. I don’t know if that’s temporary or what but just a heads up.

The food is great and the customer service is even better. I cannot believe how amazing they were over the phone with my questions about dietary restrictions.
Portions were generous, and just the right amount of spicy. They don’t ask how hot you want things, it is what it is, but it’s perfect. The Asian slaw is sweet for my tastes, but the counterbalance with the yellow curry and massaman curry works.
Great prices for the portion size. The Rickshaw is my new go-​to for the rare nights I don’t cook. Most places in town don’t do it for me. This does.

This might just be my new favorite food truck. I heard about it from other taxi drivers. We frequent a lot of food trucks. The two people who were running it when I ordered were beyond friendly. You can tell they are stoked on what they are doing. Tons of food for just 6 bucks. So much so I could have shared it with my wife and still have some left. had the pad thai. Bullet proof menu. They even take call in orders if your in a hurry. Not to mention one of the cleanest kitchens I have ever seen. Good job you guys… I will be back.

Yum! I love this place! Food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. My goal is to try everything at least once. So far I loved the ribeye beef bowl and lumpia.

We love this sweet little Asian street food truck! Everything we’ve tried on the menu, from Lemongrass pork, Phad Thai, Yellow curry, and really yummy Asian slaw, had been great. Very nice people, and great service.

Food was fantastic! Definitely going to eat here regularly. I passed by this food truck so many times, so glad I finally stopped. It was all delicious but my favorite is probably the pork bowl.

Mostly good! The first Pad Thai I like! Good slaw. Wish they served fresh rolls. It’s not fair to serve Loco moco’s and not K. pork and cabbage! Just saying!
