I called into RadioShack looking for an old Apple Digital AV Adapter so that I can charge my older version ipad while having it connected to a TV. The woman on the other line was rude, questioned everything I said and then finished our conversation telling me that I «needed to get more information before calling them and asking about buying this piece». Now, it is true that I do not know every technical term or phrase for these parts I was ready to explain the piece that I knew that I needed and gain more information from their«experts» but she was very unwilling to help. Terrible customer service.

This week doesn’t seem like a good week for my car. First the battery and while we were across the border shopping my battery in the key didn’t work to start the engine. It is unusual size, therefore, I didn’t expect Fred Meyer to have them at all(we tried there first), however, the Radioshack across the street did. It was nothing than pure luck that they did ’cause otherwise we would’ve been f*cked as there was no where else in site to get this battery replaced and we would be stuck in US. I was having a panic attack ’cause time was ticking to pick up and do other things and make it home. Even though the stress was on my face the guy at the til tried to lighting the mood up for me and even assisted us in finding the battery that we needed. There isn’t much over all at the store, however, we were thankful for what little they did have in such an emergency. FYI the batteries here are ½ of what they cost in Canada.
