I had such an amazing first experience there! I was greeted by my name even though I have never met Margaret. She was so friendly and made me feel instantly welcome and as if I had been going there for years. I’ve never been one to be afraid of going to the dentist, but if I was, she would have instantly put me at ease. The hygienist (I think Nicole) was also very friendly and was very gentle when taking my new patient x-​rays as I tend to gag easily. I also got a very welcoming greet from Dr. Chester. He didn’t make me feel guilty for not being able to make it to the dentist for a few years. Instead he focused on the positive things I was doing with my teeth. While he was doing the new patient exam he explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand. He let me know what he was about to do before he did it so I wasn’t confused about all the random numbers he was telling the hygienist. He also showed and explained to me why there were certain things going on in my mouth and how to correct them. If I had a question he didn’t make me feel silly for asking, instead he would say excellent question. He also really likes to talk which makes it more comfortable while you are in the chair instead of awkward silence. He is as easy to talk to as if he were a great friend, but is so professional and makes all your dental worries go away. I even think it’s really cool that he even gives out his home number if you have an absolute dental emergency and need to get ahold of him. I don’t think I have ever had such met such an amazing team. I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone. I left in such a great mood and went back to work talking about how I had a fantastic experience there! I would definitely recommend Dr. Chester and his team to all my friends and family! I can’t wait for my next visit!
