Shopping for a mattress is not easy.
We visited a family owned furniture store, and two mattress stores before visiting SLEEP MASTERS. Matt helped us select a mattress. We bought it. They delivered it for FREE to Birch Bay. (any other mattress store had delivery fee’s). We slept on it for 2+ weeks. It was not the right mattress for us.
We went back to the store to do an exchange, and select a softer mattress. We found one that suited us. It was an upgrade, so we paid the difference. (less than $ 100). They delivered the mattress for FREE again, and picked up the exchanged mattress.
This is why I like using a LOCALLY OWNED business whenever I can, for any consumer needs. Professional sales people. Curtious delivery people.
We’ve had the new mattress a couple weeks now, and are sleeping a lot better. Right mattress, right price, right delivery.

A couple of years ago when my daughter needed a new mattress, I did my due diligence in shopping around and Sleep Masters was the best at educating me on what was available. It was great to try out the beds too, in making my decision! I bought one and my daughter was super happy with it! We did have problems with the frame and Sleep Masters were so great, they came out and replaced it, no questions asked!
I love their super customer service! When I needed a new mattress this year, I did not have to think twice… off to Sleep Masters I went. I was so happy Matt was still there and he help guide me to a great mattress that in the price range I was looking!!!
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress to go to Sleep Masters. They will work with you to find the best mattress for whatever price range you are in and their customer service is tops!!!
