I would like to preface this review by saying, this is the first problem I’ve had with Sprint in three years. This review is more about the store than the 800 customer service. I really hate leaving 1 star reviews, but this store deserves it… I ordered a new phone online and selected«Pick up in store.» After typing in my credit card number and completing payment, the site asked me to select an appointment time. I selected a time approximately two hours later. I drove to the sprint store and walked in at the appointed time. When I walked in, 3 or 4 employees(not with customers) looked up from their computer screens and proceeded to stare at me. No hello or welcome to sprint… I walked to the back of the store and told another employee that I had ordered a phone online and I was there to pick it up. There was another employee standing next to him. He looked at her and said, this is going to be a pain. REALLYDUDE? I’m a paying customer. I was then told it would take about twenty minutes because they had to call Sprint for some reason. I was then(rudely) asked for my phone number and pin. The guy starts to look over my account and then tells me, he can’t give me the phone because I had a past due balance. I was unaware my account was past due(by two days.) I told him I had no problem paying the balance on the account but I told him the site allowed me to place the order and took my payment. He didn’t seem to care about this at all. He then told me that I would have to trade in my old phone to get the new one. I was aware of this and had already wiped all of my pictures and personal data from the device. He looked VERY closely at the screen and then inspected the back of the phone. He pointed out a(very small) crack in the plastic part that protects the camera lense. He told me he wouldn’t accept the phone due to «physical damage.» If I wanted to get the new phone, I would have to pay another $ 130 to «BUYBACK» the phone I’ve been using and making payments on for the past two and a half years. I have also had insurance on the phone the entire time. This cost me an additional $ 11 a month. 11×24 = $ 264. I find it ridiculous that they wouldn’t account a phone back because 1 piece less than an inch had a tiny crack. I looked on eBay, that part costs $ 1 plus shipping. I told him since he wouldn’t give me the new phone without an additional $ 130 on top of the $ 250 that sprint had ALREADY charged my credit card, that he needed to cancel the order. He proceeded to click around on his computer for a minute or so, and told me the order was canceled. I woke up the next day to an email from sprint saying that my card had been charged the deposit for the phone. Not only did the dude not cancel the order, but he didn’t make any notes in the account or reset my upgrade eligibility. I spent well over an hour on the phone with 3 different people to fix THEIR error. Don’t do business with this store. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

I’m not a big fan of the way any of the sprint stores handle business, but the two in Bellingham are atrocious. The store in sehome village has a manager who scratched his junk in front of me and made virtually no attempt at solving any issues in one try. I had to travel to sehome four times before my phone worked. The people in the meridian location said they can’t help, only sell phones. They wouldn’t look at anything only send me to sehome. Sprints service in Bellingham is dogshit anyway.

Josh provided great service on my new Note 5. I was out in 45 minutes with all my bold apps, email etc transferred over. No complaints here, I would recommend Josh and this store :)

I’ve been here multiple times for various reasons, and nearly always experienced long waits and really terrible customer service. I came to dread going in and was relieved when my company switched phone providers.

Horrible customer service reps. I was straight-up LIEDTO by three of them. I wanted to upgrade my phone to a smart phone on my Mom’s plan. I asked them how much they would cost extra per month, all three of them ensured me it would only be an extra $ 20 per month. So I went and bought an iPhone, added it onto my Mom’s plan, the bill came the next month and it was an extra $ 70, not the $ 20 they had promised it would be! I confronted them about it and told them they said it would only cost an extra $ 20 but it came up as $ 70. Then I was told, oops, we gave you the wrong information, it’s actually an extra $ 70 per month. NOAPOLOGY. They clearly didn’t care at all that this had happened to me! Nothing. So I had to switch back to my shitty phone and go through the hassle of selling my iPhone because I couldn’t afford it. Sprint is bad, but this store is particularly awful. NEVER go here and don’t trust anything they tell you.

Horrible! I was lied to about a credit check, which lowered my credit rating just before getting a loan. The representative«Justin» repeatedly lied telling me it was not a hard inquiry, which it was. I have the credit report proving it. I talked to the manager and was redirected, left messages with no call back, was told that I would be contacted by a supervisor and never was. Called back and was lied to about being contacted, with no missed calls. I was a circus dog jumping through hoops with no resolution, and no one cared that I was wronged. Also was lied to about a referral program, so that means they stole from me as well. DONOTGOHERE!
