I came to this location based on the review of another Unilocaler. The phone sales representative Dan, who was mentioned in the other Unilocaler’s review, was still working at this kiosk in the middle of the Bellis Fair Mall and helped me get setup with a new phone and contract-free, unlimited talk, text and data service. I had recently moved from Hawaii, but I wanted to keep my existing phone number. Dan helped me jump through the hoops to get my existing Hawaii phone number ported to my new phone. Be sure to ask a lot of questions and read the fine print before signing contracts. In reading the fine print, I found out that insurance and warranty fees would be automatically tacked on and charged each month, so I asked Dan to remove those services. Those aren’t things the sales representatives will bring to your attention verbally, but they are in the contract they hand you to sign. Take time to read them there at the store. Also, they will ask for your social security number, date of birth and to view your driver’s license to run a credit check. This wasn’t disclosed up front, so be aware that this will put an inquiry on your credit report. The lower your credit FICO score, the more up front deposit you will have to pay for your phone equipment if you are buying a device without a contract. Dan was knowledgeable, able to answer all of my questions and tailor service to my needs despite not providing all of these little details up front. He was adept at managing multiple people at the counter and on the phone; as well as effectively delegating duties to coworkers that were rotating in and out due to lunch breaks. On your first check-in with Foursquare, you can get 30% off any accessory, so be sure to take advantage of that discount too, or head to one of the other stores(Best Buy, Radio Shack or the local case dealer kiosk) in the mall to find a greater selection of cases at probably lower costs. After visiting T-Mobile’s competitors(Sprint, Verizon and AT&T), I’m happy I chose to sign up with T-Mobile, and thankful that I got such great professional service from Dan and his coworkers.

I was in to buy another sim card for my future adventures through the States and had some great service from the two guys here. The main guy helping me, I think his name was Dan, helped set up my prepaid micro-sim card and welcomed my business. It’s a small booth in the middle of the mall, if your walking toward Target you should find it, hard to miss. While they were helping me, phone calls were coming in for reservations, questions on plans, even other clients with the mundane questions, they were just knocking them down. The two guys know about phones, and funny thing, know about hockey, nudging me(the Canadian) about those Canucks across the border. If you don’t have an American sim card for your cell phone yet, come here, they will set up the number and the pay as you go plan right here, just PLUG and PLAY.
