Called them because we had no hot water. They sent someone out on a Monday, who advised replacing a bunch of parts, which I agreed to, since he thought these were the problem. Over the course of the next 4 days, we had progressively less hot water until Friday, when it was ice cold. Called them back and they sent out an emergency tech, who found that the first guy forgot to turn the valve for hot water back on. AND, we were told, the first guy hadn’t fixed the original problem. So bottom line, we had two service calls and the original problem was never fixed, with a bunch of unnecessarily replaced parts. Called their admin to sort it out, and she was horrific. We now have a bill for ~$ 500 with the original problem never fixed. Pathetic. Never using them again.
