Expensive and rude. I called them 12 times over 2 days and went to vmail every time so I had to drive over. They had no customers, I was the only one in the store. Asked them ups pick up time and they said 6pm, the next day a different employee told me it was at noon and that I’d missed it. So I brought my package in at 11am the following day and a third employee told me 6pm. Omg. Ups delivery for my package was $ 120, $ 140, or $ 160. Omg! So I asked them about us post, price $ 77. When I told them I was frustrated, an older woman came from the back and got short and rude. I said no thank you and went to the post office. The same $ 77 shipping was $ 43. I’ll find other options, I won’t be going back to the Sehome Village location.

I dropped off a package here with a prepaid label. They did not cross off the label but put the new one on the BOTTOM of the box so it ended up going back to my friend’s place where it was initially sent. This was a huge inconvenience for me. Normally, the staff on the weekends are pretty good and they have a special protective sheet that they put the prepaid label in-this is why I didn’t tape it down myself. They must have had a new staff member. Having said that, it still made NO sense to stick the new label on the BOTTOM. I sent them an email about this and never received a reply back. I then told the owner about this in person who was rude and not apologetic. Maybe she does not make any money off this and doesn’t care. Although this location is great and I will probably continue to go there due to the location, I am giving 1 star due to the poor customer service from the owner who I rarely see, but 2 out of 2 times, she has been rude to me.
