We had our 7 year old’s birthday here on Saturday. We arrived to a clean facility(no musty or sweaty smells, thankfully), and to really friendly staff. They were super helpful with everything. The facility wasn’t crowded on a Saturday morning, to our surprise. The only glitch was that we didn’t bring candles so had to run out and get them. They supplied the lighter for the candles and the cake cutter/server, but it was unclear when they were going to bring them. So, we had to go out twice and ask for them, once after my son had already blown out his candles and he and his friends were eagerly awaiting the cake. I’ll bring my own next time to avoid confusion. The kids had a wonderful time jumping around. A treat to watch them! They jumped before we had lunch/dessert, and afterwards too. A sweet time. Staff was great, super helpful in helping us figure out what/how much to order. A nice touch in that they put each kid’s name on their water bottle so that made it easy for us!

Finally made it to the Trampoline Zone with my 8yo son and his friend. Im not jumping so it’s really cold, but just bring a sweater. The music, however, is all about getting drunk, women’s bodies and what people want to do to them. Or the reason why you cant do those things to the singer because you’re inferior. It is disturbing to me that this is popular music, and considered«ok» for children to listen to. I would call ahead and asking if they can change it for kid-appropriate times. In general, the facilities are nice and they deliver a fun experience aside from the musical ambiance. I do have concern about them sterilizing things with toxic Lysol.

Now that it is a bit less full, it is more fun

My family and I went to trampoline zone on a weekday afternoon because we assumed there would be craziness during the weekend. We were the only people there. Had fun in all the different areas, especially the foam pit. We were slightly annoyed with the«ref»(whom was much younger than myself,) policing us. Silly rules, like no sitting on the trampolines. I would understand if it was busy, but we were the only ones there, and all adults! The lack off food and drink was a bummer, and by the end of our hour we were bored. I don’t see college night being a success. I am sure the kids love it. One tip: fill out waivers on line prior.

Possibly a victim of it’s own success. Went on a Sunday, it was extremely busy. While the waiver and payment process are quick the lines are long as everyone funnels in on the hour or half-hour. Trampolines are packed with everyone from 35 lb 3-year olds to 200 lb men. Collisions are inevitable. My six-year old ended up with a(hopefully) strained foot when a larger kid landed on her. Doctors office told me they’re seeing patients daily, typically from collisions between much larger and much smaller persons. While you can’t really expect trampolining to be safe when you allow several hundred people of all sizes to start bouncing around together people are going to get hurt. Seems they either need to limit or reduce the number of people or seperate out younger and older more than they do. Regardless, though it was fun and the facility itself is excellent, there are plenty of other activities I can do with my kids where the possibility of them being laid up on the couch for a week icing there foot is considerably less. In their defense the doctor said it’s far safer than home trampolines, but I’m not getting one of those either!

We went on the weekend with 2 very active children a 2 yr old and a 6 yr old. The wait for us to complete the waivers was awful for the kids the terminals were not working properly(there is only 3) go to their website and complete on line prior to arrival. Since we had a «wee» one I did not want him mixing with the older kids. They really need to put a half door on this area. I guarded the entrance to avoid the wee one escaping and running wild amongst the much older and bigger kids most of the time. Yes, I am paranoid but he is very small for his age. Parking lot is awful, it always has been for that area all of the tenants need to really put pressure upon the owners for proper lighting(there are some days it is dark by 3:30 here) and to have the lines redone on the spaces and if they really want to splurge maybe repaving :) for safety the lighting is a must with the kids. The staff very nice, the drinks very reasonable, and the concept awesome! Looking forward to coming back again, good luck!

***Your waiver is good for a year, so once you fill out your entry, you don’t have to complete another form. ***Super crowded these days. Long lines for the waiver ports and it looks like there may not be enough referees – particularly for the Kid Zone.
