these guys screw up my order every time. each time i call the order number and specifically ask if my items are in stock– they always say yes. then before they ship they say– we are out of stock– will you take something else? first time i said ‘OK’. next time i order, again i call to ensure that my items are in stock– they assure me, yes– that they are completely stocked. then i get my order and it turns out they substituted something else for my item, only they did not bother to consult me. i cannot tell you how angry and disappointed i am with this merchant who cannot tell the truth to a customer. what that tells me is– they do not care at all if the customer is satisfied– they only care to take you money.
