Have owned home for over 45 years and always need something inside or out side for the house. Ace feels like and old fashion hardware store. Staff always helpful and available for questions and you don’t have to buy a package of (20) screws or bolts if you only need (1). Good sales and believe they sell more American made items then the «big box stores.» Prices and parking are good and not that far from my home. Over all very happy and Ace, and will continue be my first choice.

Anytime I have the opportunity I will go to Ace rather then Home Depot or Lowes and support a local vendor. Good hepful staff that has the products I need to finish the project I am working on. Reminds me of an old time hardware store of years gone bye.

This is a nice local store that has most of the products that you will need for most repairs around the home. Parking is ample and the staff is nice. I have been coming since the location was opened, way better than going to Home Depot or Lowes.

This place is great to come when you are not in the mood for the large stores like The Home Depot and Lowes. It’s not congested and easy to shop. Every time I come here they have been in stock for what I needed. The staff was helpful when I asked them question and there is never a line when I check out. I will keep coming back.

I live around the corner, so far i’ve been there 3 times and all 3 times it was a colossal waste of time. The last straw was today i went to get a few J hooks and besides the rude assholes in the parking lot that stole my spot not once but twice, i walked in and the staff is super nice and helpful but all standing around doing nothing while they only had one lane open, i counted, no joke, 32 people in line and walked the hell out. That is terrible business, i went to east meadow home depot, was in and out in 2 mins and plenty of parking and it was cheaper too, no thanks

I have no idea what help the other people are talking about in these reviews. I continuously walk out of this store because I can never find help. When I do find help, they seem annoyed because I’ve disturbed them.
I’ve worked retail, and I know it sucks, but you need to at least pretend to be pleasant to try and keep customers in the store.
I’m walking into Home Depot as I type this, hopefully ill have better luck.

Staff is very helpful. One star off because the parking lot is always crazy busy and hard to get a spot. I agree with the other reviewer about being so much better then Home Depot. They have most things you would need for basic work around your home and its so much easier and quicker to run in and out of Ace.

The people who work here are SO nice and helpful! I always get into conversations with them. They are so sweet and kind. I love going there. It is so much better than Home Depot. I live very close to Home Depot, but my husband and I drive to Ace instead just because the people are so much better there. It has more of a small hardware store feel, but they have almost everything you could need! Very happy when I go there.
