Place is always busy and delicious! No other place like this around the area! I usually order their trays for family parties, holidays, etc. If you do want to place this kind of order, make sure to call a few days in advance! I’ve ordered so far for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Super Bowl with a few small parties in between. All times they were very specific on what time you will need to pick up your order and seemed pretty organized with doing so. They will also require you pay in advance over the phone with your credit card.
From what I remember the ½ tray of rivets which was like 125ct or so came with 2 large sides of sauce of your choice and was $ 25. Great deal I say! They offer a few coupons on their website too. My personal favorite sauces are the spicy mustard, cheese and cinnamon!
If you’re in the area, definitely try to stop by. It’s very small, like a take out place. Keep up the good work!
**Only negative is that this shopping center is not good with parking and on a busy road, be careful! They have a back parking lot!**

It’s a pretzel shop and that’s pretty much it. They have two lunch options, a philly cheese steak which is really just a glorified hot pocket in a pretzel, but it was delicious. There is also a hotdog pretzel. Other than that it’s pretzels cheese and mustard, and they have a cinnamon sugar pretzel w dip sauce. The pretzels are good
But they are not Aunty Anne’s. Nothing bad to say about the place, all positive, reason for loss of star is not a lot of selection.

I love philly pretzel factory. I love the pretzels. The bell more store is the closest one. Hoping the company would consider opening up more in NYC.

Disappointed :(I got 1 big pretzel that was half raw, a box of bites that were hard, and cheese sauce that had a funky taste… Like meat or smokey tasting…

Good pretzels. Parking stinks though. Park in back and walk around, its safer.

Ridiculous! The pretzels were good but nothing special. Definitely no wow factor. They don’t sell single pretzels which is annoying. To add insult to injury be prepared to pay for the mustard to go with your pretzels. There is mustard available for no charge but you must slather all your pretzels with mustard before you leave. A real adventure when you have kids. The muscle man behind the counter (apparent owner or manager) should work on personality and less on body building — his head is getting to big. Thank god the employees don’t follow his lead. Bottom line: the experience is nothing worth repeating

Great idea and you get a good amount of pretzels for the price.

It’s about my third time this summer I’ve purchased the pretzels from the Bellmore location. The employees who work there are super friendly and more then make up for either the owner or manager who seems to be in the right place which is the back part of his business. .Smile you seem to be doing very well…

This place is amazing. I’ve been to other locations before and was so excited they opened a location here. Their pretzels are to die for, and the cinnamon sugar twists are such a treat. Their little pretzel «rivots» are a great party food. I definitely recommend everyone try them out.

Went back again for pretzel dog and pretzels. Didn’t realize the pretzel dog came with cheese so i didn’t enjoy it but thats just me being a picky pain in the ass. Pretzels are always good though and next time ill ask them if i can get them with no salt. Gotta cut down on the sodium. Owner was there helping out and it was busy when i was there so good for them. Always like to see a new business doing well in the area. Will be there this weekend again to pick up some. Hope they can 86 the salt.

This place just opened in the last few days. I have to say this is going to be very dangerous for me. The pretzels here were awesome! I love the spicy mustard, it had just the right kick. I tried both the rivets and the pretzels and both were warm and so fresh. OMG, not good for a carb addicts!
