This place is horrible. Worst service ever. The little girls in there will ignore while appearing to do nothing. I walked out on them after waiting patiently for several minutes. Don’t waste your time.

Love the food, I never have a problem going through the drive thru. They put plenty of meat on their sandwiches. The people are very nice .
The bread on the sandwich is soft and fresh. I like going through the drive thru because it’s hard to get a park, so many people are going in and out.

ABSOULTELY HORRIBLE!!! We came in from out of town and was recommended this place by a friend as we were hungry at 330 in the morning. It was the worst experience ever! The staff was rude, the menu was non existent at 330 in the morning, we kept being told «we not making that right now» they didn’t put any condiments on the worst Italian beef sandwich ever! The meat was bad, the bread was too soggy, the fries tasted like they had been in grease for 4 days, they forgot our drinks and had an attitude about it when we went back for them. WE WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN and I suggest you don’t either!!!

Same as everyone prior to me stated customer service sucks! Ordered a King size sub, extra mustard. She didn’t put ANY mustard on my sandwich. I asked did they have mustard packets: NO, but she did give me sum mustard in a small cup. I’m not going straight home so I would’ve REALLY been pissed if I had 2 eat a dry ass sandwhich. Only reason I gave 2 stars because the sandwhich was actually good, minus the error. I rarely come here anyway.

I love Mr Sub, but this is without a doubt the WORST location I’ve ever been to! This store consistently gets orders wrong and customer service is not very great either. Fries are frequently undercooked & service is painfully slow. Go to the one in Brookfield on Ogden & 1^st Ave, they have it together there.

Terrible! I love MrSubmarine! But this locations customer service stinks! I asked if they carry shakes, the young lady had a hard time understanding what I was asking, so I asked again «do u carry MILKShakes?» She says «oh yes» I asked what flavors, she replies «all»… I told her that They’re not listed, so could she tell me… Mind you, Im in the drive thru, and CAN SEE HER… She says «you want me to tell you ALLLL of them?» Me: yes please. She runs down the flavors, that sound ODD for milkshakes, but, hey! We’re in a very innovative era… So I tell her «Strawberry» she says «we dont have strawberry» Then says «oh, you want a shake, we dont have shakes» I left! I have no accent and I speak clearly and articulate my words accurately, NOW the young lady who was taking the order, on the other hand…

Went here often for the «pizza puff special». Seems like they only just recently learned how to make wings without overcooking them to the point of shrivelage, but i guess thats a result of their management being present almost every day now standing over them.

Been eating these subs for over 20 years! I like very few sandwich shops. Mr. Sub is in my top 3 choices! The onions are strong but sssssooooo GOOD! This is my spot… especially after a late night out. A good sober up sandwich LOL! A regular ham sub with extra tomatoes & onions is my FAVE!!!

Did not like Mr. Salt. I have a theory if the place is famous for, say hot dogs. Don’t order a hamburger. I did just that. Instead of getting a sub I ended up getting a gyro for me and my friend ordered the chicken gizzard. We actually shared both and the sad thing is both tasted the same. Just a bunch of salt. Have been to this location a few times in the last month or 2. The quality of the sub was quite good and tasty. I will get a turkey/roast beef «club» sandwich and is always top notch. This is a drive thru location which is nice. I wish they had some locations in the n/w burbs… this location is a good 25 – 30 min drive from were I live.

Boy, do I miss my Mr. Sub in Beverly. This location has twice the amount of staff working here, yet I still waited a good 20 minutes in that horrbile excuse for a drive-thru.
Seriously, they need to do something about the parking situation here. It’s tiny, crowded, and dangerous. Because of that, I don’t think this location has any business having a drive-thru. It’s too much of a cluster-fuck.
Also, the mayonnaise tastes different at this location. Sandwiches seem drier too.
Not one of my favorites.

I always get the original Mr. Sub sandwich and my Mom loves the roast beef! I’ve been a fan for over 10 years, and I will continue to return whenever I get the chance!!!

I grew up with this Mr. Sub, and I like the remodel with the super late night drive-thru. I miss places like this when I’m in the further western burbs. The bread is soft, the mayo’s real… you can’t get sandwiches like this west of Lombard.
The pizza puffs and cheese sticks are also great drunk food after a night at the bar.
The parking lot is awkward, but it’s worth it to have the drive-thru.

I love Mr. Submarine! Delicious subs! Although they are very basic with their typical «lettuce, tomato, mayo» ingredients, they’re fanatical! There’s something about them that is just so delicious! The bread is buttery and a little oily which makes it even better. Cheap, fast, and good!
