My company has ordered from this location numerous times knowing that we pay about a dollar more per sandwich for delivery than if we purchased off the menu in the store. Seemed like a fair trade off to not have to leave the office. Today we ordered and not only did we pay more per sandwich but we were hit with an almost 5 dollar delivery fee on top of what we tipped. I’m pretty sure this is new, I don’t recall being charged an additional delivery fee before. We won’t be ordering from them again. That’s 12 dollars more total than if we had driven over ourselves and picked it up, ridiculously high with no warning. There are other options for delivery in our area that do not cost as much. The deciding factor for our office was that they rarely get our order correct on top of an enormous fee. I do give them 2 thumbs up for always making it right without question when we call about any goof up but we order online, how hard is it to not forget something back at the store or make a sandwich as specified. Not worth the trouble or extra cost!

Ordered online the #4 Turkey Tom cut in half lettuce, tomato, mayo… it comes with literally one slice of turkey. I call the store and talk to one of the managers. I tell him, it’s ridiculous that they are charging $ 7 for this, what equates to basically a bread sandwich. He said it goes by weight. How do I know what the weight of my sandwich is? Do I even really care? I’m losing precious time calling & complaining to them & writing this review to say that ordering food here is a waste of hard earned money & definitely not worth the price. The manager didn’t even offer to make things right. He just said this is how it is. I won’t be ordering from this company anymore & I will encourage others at my work(where JJs drivers make at least 10 stops a day) not to get their lunch from here either.

o.k., I prefer Jimmy J.‘s over Subway, anyday. I’ve always ordered the #11 Country Club(ham/turk)… The hubby and I dined at this location #1392 today for lunch; our total bill was $ 15.17 for 2 sandwiches &2 bags of chips. Yah! I’m a fan, but, two quick bullets: :o If you want yo sandwich cut in ½, state that when ordering, ’cause you WILLNOT be able to cut it yoself. :o :o bring your own plastic cutlery, ’cause Jimmy J’s don’t have any/nada/none for you to pocket extra of. We had to use our fingers to blanket our sandwiches w/our side of peppers. P. S. Since there are no items on their menu requiring the use of cutlery, I guess there’s no reasoning in providing their customers w/it. :) Hmmm, after I thunk about it, I’ll have to check my JJ menu at work.

The staff here have been very friendly and always say«thank you» as you exit the building. It is a nice touch and something you don’t expect for a sandwich shop. For the food, they do make it quickly and it does taste fresh. Don’t forget to request a whole wheat bread as an option to their standard(and rather tasteless) white default for the subs. This location also has a drive-thru if you wish to grab and go, and of course, the world-famous fast delivery if you wish to opt for it. Recommended.

Jimmy John’s…don’t get it often and really there’s only one sub I get when I do. The Pepe, which is smoked ham, LTO on their most excellent bread. The other day I opted for the Tuna Salad and it was pretty good… HOWever, this sam was not only Sodium Face inducing but practically Heart Attack in the making. I stopped off at our office about a half hour after eating lunch at JJ’s and could feel my heart racing and BP on the uptick. I was joking around about it to our Dir of Nursing so she took out the BP cuff and checked… it was through the roof! To be honest, it didn’t taste salty really but then I checked their website for nutritional info and discovered that the«Totally Tuna»(which is just their regular sized sub) rang in at nearly 2000 mg of Sodium, just under the *daily* RDA! Watchers of Sodium intake, you’ve been warned.
