I have had four original (three water color and one oil) pieces framed and/or matted here. Each time, Chip assisted me with selections and helped me to choose the perfect frame and/or mat combo. The turn-around time is great, about one week, and the quality is outstanding. I just had a very negative framing experience at one of the big box craft stores that reminded me to only leave my beloved pieces of art in the hands of those who take pride in their work and value the trust that you, as their customer, are giving them.

I have been several other framing stores and had problems with things being messed up like sharpie and fingerprints under the glass, to the point where I have taken pieces back from stores that could not get it right. At bpf I have had at least nine pieces framed here– large photos, embroidery, paintings and all were experiences excellent. The only issue I had was with the large format photo and they immediately fixed. They have a nice selection of frames and are helpful in designing.

Ive had a few things mounted to foam core here and all are already peeling. Once when I went to pick it up they gave it to me and a whole corner was coming off.
