Lucas Parking Corporation

Such bad service. I work at the hamilton plaza in campbell, and «Lucas Parking Corporation «started to valet park in the garage. I work from 10 to 7 at my office and between those hours i have NO time for anything else but work. Anyways i’ve been passing by the valet parking for 2 weeks and didn’t have an interest in using it. That is until i was late for work one day, so i decided what the heck? Why not. I went up to one valet guy, dark skinned indian looking, already i was annoyed for being late, i asked him how does this valet process work? Looking at the other valet places in the garage, they were packed with other cars waiting for valet and the only one open with no cars was his spot. He had the AUDACITY to say hold on while he was on his phone watching some video on his phone. So i waited, which i shouldn’t have and just find parking on my own but decided to give him a chance. As soon as he started talking, i could barely understand him. Had a very deep accent, kept asking me «what» over and over after everything im saying, and then started to act rude and raise his voice at me that im insulting the way he speaks. Buddy im in a rush for work, if you can’t speak proper English enough in a work environment that requires you to communicate thoroughly, go back to school and improve in English before you work for a company like that. So anyway, i hand him my keys, he asks me what time I’ll be back for my car, i tell him 7 or 8 depends on work. He says okay, asks for my number, i give it to him, hands me the ticket. Tells me after that he would bring up the keys to me at 4:45, couldn’t quite fully understand him but got what he meant, I said perfect, then went off to work. Hours later at 5:20, he gives me a call, again with his hard accent couldn’t understand him well, tells me to come down and pick up my keys… thought you said you can bring the keys up to me? «No, no, no, no, i no do that, you come here.» Exactly what he said. Yeah very unprofessional right? Me being in the middle of work, calmly went down to the garage and seen him. Hands me my keys and shows me my car. The way i saw how he parked my car, i couldn’t believe how the company he works for hired him. Sloppy parking, looks like if i backed out, my side mirror would of hit the pole and broke it. I had no words for this situation. I should of went to another valet person, cause this indian guy was unbelievable! Mind you i am not a racist perosn what so ever, but man this guy makes the company look BAD. Last time im ever using there parking services. Rude, lies about what they do, and parking experience down the drain. If you ever see Lucas Parking, do not, i repeat, do not use their services. This review should of been no stars.

Lucas parking took such great care of us! My friend and I were late for a party that wasn’t even at a restaurant they worked for and took us no questions. When they were closing up, they came and found us in our restaurant, (because we told them where we were eating) and personally gave us our car keys and said we were in loading zone. Great service from Nick the manager!!!
