Andrea is a magician. She transformed me from a person who avoided the gym at all costs to someone who goes 3x per week! I actually enjoy working out. I love how my muscles tingle as I’m driving home after a workout. I love how strong I am now. I especially love the feeling of all the stretching that Andrea has taught me to do. The stretches are like little nuggets of gold interspersed throughout the workout. Andrea doesn’t wait until the end of the workout to do the stretching. We stretch different muscles throughout the hour long workout. Knowing that I’m going to get an awesome stretch after an exercise makes me want to work super hard during the exercise. If I ever feel even the slightest twinge of pain, Andrea can see it in my face and we stop the exercise to stretch the muscle. Andrea uses her magic hands and her vast knowledge of muscles, tendons and ligaments to work on the pain and then it’s gone! I can honestly say that working out feels good. Andrea seamlessly weaves yoga and mindfulness into the workout so that I feel like I’m doing something for my mind and my body. I have a super stressful job and 2 young children, but during my workouts I feel like someone is actually taking care of me instead of the other way around. Best trainer ever!

I have only good things to say about my training with Andrea. I have been putting off the need to get serious about my diet and exercise for too long, I am approaching 50 and want to greet that B-Day with the body I desire. I have only had the pleasure of training with Andrea for two weeks, three times a week, due to being out of town for two months but in that short time we did measure progress. I actually lost inches, I feel better, and my clothes fit better. Andrea is knowledgable not only with exercise but helpful also with tips for diet and healthy choices. I’m still out of town until after the holidays but cannot wait to pick up with Andrea where we left off. I might be her biggest fan.

I’ll make the summary short: I’ve had better results, and greater overall learning with Andrea, than I’ve had with any other trainer I’ve ever had. Previous trainers focused on building strength or muscle, without noticing the small things, like I wasn’t balancing properly, I wasn’t engaging the right ab muscles during core workouts, I wasn’t lifting weights properly, or bracing my torso properly, or stabilizing my wrists properly. I spent YEARS toying with the edge of real physical harm, and had no idea of how wrong I was doing it. Within a couple 1 on 1 sessions, Andrea was able to help me find these areas, and build a habit of using them properly– this immediately increased my ability to perform simple actions and workouts, and lead to greater and faster improvements than I’d ever seen — even when working out half as much as I had with my previous trainer.

Don’t let those glamorous photos of Andie fool you. She’s very down-to-earth & really cares far beyond her work-out regimen. I work-out with her twice a week for almost 4 months now & every dollar spent on my work-outs is money well spent. We’ve seen some reduction in inches but most of all, she made me motivated with work-out again. She’s quite a dynamo. And she will make sure that you will not be bored with your work-outs. And she’s quite a great listener. I told her about my injuries & we managed to work around my limitations. Try her out. You will not be sorry. The 1 hour sessions are just pure joy!

Andrea’s fantastic! I never thought I’d have a personal trainer, but I’m learning a ton from Andrea and it’s been a great experience getting into better shape. She’s extremely helpful and patient. I’m truly impressed and happy with the progress I’ve made working out with Andrea twice a week. The variety of exercises Andrea knows is remarkable — She’s consistently pushing me hard in new ways and teaching me new things. I never get bored and always feel challenged — but never beyond my limit and she does a fantastic job making sure my form is correct. Having this trust was especially important to me when we first began, since we were working around an injury at the time. Having Andrea tailor an exercise routine for me has been a fantastic experience — I highly recommend it.

Working out with Andrea is as much of a pleasure as it is beneficial. Not only will she put you through the trials to get the results you want, and believe you me they will come, but she will have a smile on her face and a high level of enthusiasm the whole time. Not once while i was working out with her did i feel intimidated to speak up or ask questions, this woman is like a book and drops knowledge as often as you will be dripping sweat. Not only is the workout great, and yielding of high results, but afterwards(and by e-mail) she was always available to listen to feedback, comments, or concerns and modify the workout accordingly. She is tough, but at the same time very caring and will make the necessary changes to respond to your body. I can honestly say that while i was training with her 2x a week i could feel the improvement at the end of every session and looked forward to the next session so i could see myself progress. I fully recommend Andrea, as i truly feel she will help you realize your goals. while hanging with you for the entire process

Andrea is not only a great listener, she’s a great resource. I think anyone can provide you with exercises but most important to me is being given customized work outs and suggestions to fit my needs. I work out but with injuries and Andrea knows all about them. I am so happy to not feel intimidated or forced into certain activities that I know will cause more injury. Andrea listens, observes, and has a great deal of knowledge that she enjoys passing on to others. I have not quite finished working with her, my progress is slow, plus I’ve decided to use her workouts in between our sessions. I think this works well for me and Andrea is very flexible. Andrea has a wonderful personality and great demeanor, just such a sweet person to work with. She doesn’t let that get in the way of her workout programs though. She’s all business! :)

I am an avid work out fiend. I was working out 2 times a day, cardio for a nooner and weights for the evening. The amount of exercise I was doing all added up and I hurt my back. Slipped disc. I lost the ability to work out for 4 months. Once I began to heal, I found I could do some exercise, that is when I began to work with Andrea. It was a pleasure taking instruction from Andrea and I honestly believe her workouts have been a huge help to my back recovery. She taught me many things not only the work outs but diet, relaxation and recovery. The biggest thing was for me to stop working out for a good amount of time. I feel that was key. It’s hard to give up that great feeling of working out. Healing was the first step. Then once I felt like I was ready and healing, working out speeded up my recovery. After working with Andrea I feel absolutely fantastic, although I feel I have lost a lot of my strength. It sucks but I think I am going to forget about what I used to do and start from the ground up. Clean slate. I am going to focus more on form and more reps, lighter weights. Also I will continue to take classes with you every now and then. I want to make sure I keep the right form. Andrea was a god send, she is not only good at what she does, the most important thing anyone can have is she cares about her clients. Thank you Andrea! You’re the BEST!!!

I trained with Andrea at the gym at my work, Club EA. I was about 10 pounds over my weight and my body was just not where I wanted it to be. Being married to a guy who loves candy and fast food will do that to you. So, when I came to EA and was able to use their great gym, I was on a mission to get back to my pre-marriage weight. The issue was that I literally knew nothing about exercising or being healthy. Andrea totally helped me to not be so scared of the gym and taught me a lot about how your body reacts to certain exercises. Before I trained with her, all I did was the elliptical machine and just cardio. I was seriously stuck in a rut with my weight loss and goals. Working with her I realized that I needed to do strength training if I was going to see any progress. She also taught me that spot training was not going to work. You can’t just lose weight in one area of your body. Working out is a whole body thing, not just for your arms, legs, or core — you have to work it all. After working out with her, I was more confident in the gym, I knew what the different machines did and how to work them, and I saw real progress. Now, I am super happy with where my body is. I think the best thing that resulted from training with Andrea is that I love to work out now!

Andrea is an excellent trainer who I’ve worked with many times who’s truly dedicated to fitness. She helped me create an exercise program that was perfectly tailored to my fitness goals. She has a strong knowledge of the muscle groups and a varied repertoire of exercises to match. She’s well-organized and an excellent observer, keeping me informed of overall progress, while also being quick to correct my posture whenever I engaged in a new workout routine. Outside of our training sessions, she was also generous in sending me information on other dietary/fitness resources. If you’re looking for a professional trainer, she’s the best!

Andrea is an amazing trainer, probably one of the best and most knowledgeable i have worked with. Her sessions are very personal where every exercise shes shows you is tailor made to help you reach your goal. My goal was to develop massive glutes and thighs. I have been previously doing squats and dead-lifts but its seems that I reached a plateau in terms of muscle development. That’s when I went to Andrea for help and she showed me the little tips and tricks to break my plateau and become one step close to my goal. I was very impressed with her thorough knowledge about muscles groups and proper mechanics for each exercise. I would like to think of myself as a pretty fit person but ten minutes with Andrea I find myself sweating profusely lol. To sum things up, great trainer, very personable, GOFINDHER!!!
