McDonald’s

All I can say is absolute buffoonery takes place here. Watched 6 cars proceed in the first order line while I sat behind an SUV in the 2^nd line. After reversing and switching to the 1^st order line and proceeding still before the SUV, I tell the worker that the man needs someone to take his order before mine. The worker says he’s being helped when clearly he isn’t. I beat the SUV to the front and finally a man places his order behind me. Pulling forward to the 1^st cashier window, waiting for several minutes, with no cars in front of me, for someone to take my payment. Nobody comes so I pull forward and grab my food and drink, then hand the gentleman my card to which he states «oh nobody back there»? I say no, receive my receipt and drive away. The freaking order is wrong now OMG

Awful, awful service. The lady taking orders was totally rude. The fries were cold and the bread stale. I asked another lady for help with the front since the line was getting very long and she just looked at me.

It really is too bad that this is one of the only options for 24 hour junk food. I was having a bad day and sent my husband to get me some breakfast burritos cini melts hash browns and a soda so I could eat my feelings. When it arrived disappointing is all it was cold hard burritos stale hash browns and over cooked cini melts I called and was told to call ahead give my name and let them know when I would arrive. I ordered pizza and decided to try again another day hopefully better junk food from a different staff when I called the girl was rude told me to scam someone else and hung up on me. When I notified the overnight manager she didn’t even apologize for the little creature. I cannot believe that company’s keep employees like this just let them treat guests who are already wronged like garbage. Guess I’ll just drive the extra mile or two to Raymore if I ever want cini melts again. Way to make things suck just a little bit more in my world I sure didn’t have enough problems.

Typical newish McDonalds. Girl at the counter was nice. Decent service, food was fresh, and Apple Pay worked. And as far as I could tell the restaurant and parking lot were zombie free.

Man when I was a kid McDonald’s was the best. It was fast, hot and had the best fries. Now it’s slower than slow, people are rude, place is filthy and food nasty. I don’t understand where the standards went in today’s food. Nothing is grilled it’s microwaved giving it the flavor of a hockey puck. It’s grey and lifeless… doesn’t taste like beef. Back then it was juicy. The only reason I go there is for the fries. If they are hot and someone salts them properly they are awesome. But no salt most of the time. In my day all fries were salted unless you asked for unsalted. Ketchup, napkins and straws were always included or someone asked you. Now you beg for them. Customer service is a thing of the past.

This place has the worst service. Avoid it if at all possible. Drive a little further and go to the one in raymore or even grandview. Yeah. It’s that bad. Dirty and poor service. Franchisees should have the franchise taken away.
