Thank you Unilocal!Pats bbq food was fabulous ! Only stopped after reading the reviews — family of 6 and we got chicken, ribs, sausage, and a briskett– along with corn on the cob and coleslaw — EVERYTHING WAS SOOOOO TASTY– cooked perfect — BBQ sauce was amazing — Pat was super nice. I guess he is only there Mondays so we were blessed we came thru on a Monday! Since its connected to the bar those under 21 need to wait outside and pat pointed us to a nice park across the street we ate at and our food stayed nice and hot thru the whole meal — definitely a redo

The only word to describe this bbq is wow! Slow smoked meats with awesome dry rubs makes everything else in this town taste bland and unexciting.
Try the brisket sandwich, ribs, and chicken. Awesome.
I hear he may be opening a location soon which would be exactly what the Valley needs.

This is the best BBQ in the county! So happy we found out about it and it is so close to our house. Pat does festivals and has BBQ every Monday night at henflings. I know going to a dive bar (sorry henflings) seems like a weird choice to pick up food, but it’s totally amazing and if your not into the small town bar scene order it as takeout!
The food!!!
— Brisket is absolutely perfect. Rarely have I ever ordered brisket that was up to par, in fact I have only ever had good brisket in Texas before finding this. It’s moist and has a nice flavorful bark. Get the brisket.
— Ribs are good, I actually don’t like eating meet off a bone with my teeth so I am not qualified to review them.
— Pulled pork is real BBQed deliciousness. Not like pulled pork from a crock pot in a bath of kc masterpiece BBQ sauce pretending to be BBQ. It is juicy with a nice bark and perfect with Pats BBQ sauce on the top.
— sausage and ham are very good. The sausage is probably my new favorite meat here. Nothing better than a smoked sausage with an almost crispy exterior and hot, juicy, flavorful middle.
— I haven’t tried the chicken. I love the brisket and sausage too much to deviate into something new. Looking forward to someone else reviewing it!
