Lonny came out to repair my appliance. He said a part needed to be ordered. The part would take a few days to be ordered. He then left my home and my appliance in pieces. Promised to be back on Friday. After he left, I noticed that my appliance had a 4″ scratch on it. Right on the door! Friday came, I had to take 2 hours off from work and lost wages. Lonny NEVER showed up. No phones. And he would not answer the phone. I was stuck with a machine that was in pieces, scratched, and lost 2 hours of work! I found out that he has No license with the city of Bend, No state License and has a LONG reputation of the above mentioned behavior. All of his business stuff has been expired for a year or longer. What is worse, is that both the City of Bend and the State of Oregon know this AND they refuse to do anything about it to shut this guy down. What the h*ll?! After 2 weeks, Lonny finally calls me and tells me some sob story about legal problems and then has the nerve to ask if I want him to comeback into my home to fix the appliance… Really Lonny? You tell me that you have legal issues and you think I would want you to come back into my home with us? I told him No! I asked him to pay for the damage and my time loss. He claimed that there is some«New» owner and that he would call me. He refused to give me his insurance information. Lonny is the ONLY owner and staff. No one else! Just him. I would not ever recommend this business to anyone. Not even the Devil. Lonny’s lies are so weak that even the Devil would be insulted with them. City of Bend and State of Oregon, get into the 21st century and go after these companies and businesses ! Protect your tax paying citizens. How is it that this Appliance repair business does not have to be Licensed, bonded and insured? These idiots can mess up your stove or dryer and burn you and your house down. Why is it not a regulated profession?

Lonny came over to look at my stove and told me he needed $ 180.00 for the parts to fix my oven door. I gave him a check for $ 180 and he never came back. I did get in touch with him once, and he indicated he was going to give me my money back. But despite many, many unanswered calls, he just avoided me. The guy and the company seem to be thieves. The $ 180 is not going to kill me. But I’m going to tell the world. Buyer beware.

Lonny didn’t take the money and run! Very nice of him not to forget about us permanently. He ended up calling on Saturday … came over that day and did get the washer running well. Two stars in stead of three because he had tons of excuses for why it wasn’t his fault that he couldn’t keep his service commitment or enough give us a call.

He repaired my dryer, cost me $ 100 total, instead of $ 400+ for a new one. He also came out the same day. Nice job!
