My garage door spring broke in the middle of the night and our cars were stuck in the garage the next morning. I called Advanced Overhead Door about 7:45am and they told me they’d get someone out later that afternoon. About an hour later the technician said he could come out in a half hour. He explained the problem and the fix and had it completed in less than an hour. The technician, Mike, was very personable and professional and the fix was fairly priced. I would definitely recommend Advanced Overhead Door but please stay away from Cascade Garage!!! They did the initial install and it was WRONG!
