Prices have increased and quality is gone.

Used to be great. This time I paid $105 for a gel mani/pedi. No big if it was a decent vibe with customers and staff. Or if the gel lasted a full five days.

One star for the fact that my gel nails on both hands are peeling and chipping - just FOUR DAYS after I was in. She only applied one layer of gel color and a topcoat. It also looks a week grown out. Not sure if they are trying to save product, time, or both. Should have known when I watched a woman come in and sit for 30 minutes to get her nails repaired only one day after her service.

I can do a better, longer-lasting mani with plain polish...

Been going to this salon for 5 years, they are the best place in town for quick well done nails and pedicures.

Absolutely the worst nail salon in Bend. So half hearted and horrible at pedicures and shellac. I went and cried in my car because my nails looked so bad, when I went back and asked if they would fix them or refund me; the owner simply told me «No, they look fine to me.» Please do not waste your time or money there. You will leave disappointed.

Please, do not waste your time or money. Basic pedicure, spent 20 min. total. Less than ten min on actual nails. Lopsided cut, didn’t file or buff. didn’t put toe separators, didn’t clean. My 11 yr old son could do better polish. Cold water for soak which lasted 1 min. DEFINATELY worst I’ve had.

With the exception of one time having an appointment and still having to wait for a while, I have always had a good experience here. They are efficient and quiet yet friendly and helpful. Their prices are fair and the pedicures last a long time.

Honestly the most beautiful set of nails I’ve ever had put on. James and Kayla worked on me, James took off my previous set to start fresh and Kayla put on my gels. The other guy and girl there were so nice and funny, I’m sure they do a great job too!
They are so smooth and beautiful, and took their time to make sure they were perfect. I will be coming back every single time. I was also here while people were getting pedicures and they were all having a great time. I recommend them 100%!!!

I don’t normally write reviews, positive or negative, but my terrible experience at Allure Nails has compelled me to send out a warning to others. Book somewhere else! You may get lucky and get matched with a better nail tech than the one I had at this salon, but why take the chance?
My pedicure was half-​heartedly attempted by a woman who was just barely going through the motions — careless, inattentive and utterly lacking in ability. What a waste of time and money. The worst pedicure I have ever had. And they could not care less.

Went in with my mother and grandmother for St. Patricks day, they sat us down fairly quickly. I loved my acrylic nails. My mother and grandmother loved there manicure and pedicure. I highly recommend them! :)

I used to love this salon, they had a great pedicure with salt scrub for $ 25. Unfortunately, when I went last month the service was terrible. The pedicure was shorter and they stopped doing a salt scrub with the basic pedicure. What’s worse: 2 of the employees got into a huge fight that resulted in what sounded like domestic violence and woman screaming bloody murder. All of the customers were in shock and asked to leave early. Needless to say, they charged us full price after a horrendous experience!

My Grandmother, Mother, and I were given gift certificates to Allure Nails for Christmas. It is not easy for all three of us to be available at the same time, and we all live in Redmond. My Mom made an appointment for all 3 of us for pedicures. When we got there there were only 2 people working and they each had a client in their chair. They said we would have to wait 20 minutes before they could start 2 of the 3 of us, the 3^rd would have to wait for one of us to be finished. We were under time constraints, hence the appointments. When we explained we made the appointments because we did not have much time, and we were unhappy they had not planned ahead and are not honoring the appointments there was no apology for their mistake. We had to leave without getting our nails done. Very disappointing. Why make an appointment when they are not going to keep it?! The only reason we will go back is because we have the gift certificates. I will post another review once we are able to actually use their services.

Terrible pedicure experience. Made an appointment for two pedicures but they were still short handed. My pedicure started on time but my daughter’s started a half hour later and yet she was finished first. The man doing mine kept hurting me when doing my cuticles and he messed up two nails when putting my flip flops on. They also wanted us to by nail kits since we did not bring our own. I have never needed my own nail kit at any other salon. The salon has large screen tv and they were watching some gross low budget Jaws movie. Very bad experience overall, we will Never go back!

Nice clean salon. Brought my wedding party in and they were able to accommodate everyone. My shellac nails lasted more than 2 weeks. They did a great job!

Allure rocks. Went with my mom, and we both decided that we experienced the best pedi ever! They DO NOT rush your service to open the chair for another customer. Very much appreciated. Our pedis lasted an hour! The crew was so nice, very helpful and they don’t mix polish! (my pet peeve with nail places.*cough* Elegant Nails). I will absolutely make this my go to place for pedicures!

We called in advance to ask if they can accommodate pedicure for 4 people. No appointments needed. We got in 30 minute later and had an hour long pedicure with calf massage, and back massage by the chair. It was a really good deal — $ 25 for basic pedicure. Great nail color choices.

I was visiting someone in Bend and she suggested we get our nails done. The girl who did my manicure and pedicure — I believe her name was Katy or Kathy — was extremely sweet, attentive and very thorough. I have had my nails done all over Los Angeles and Oregon, and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. My nails look wonderful.

Decided to try because it was close by. On vacation from CA. Didn’t have high hopes based on reviews at the time, but just needed a fill.
Not only was it the fastest fill I’ve ever had, but the guy also used the electric file to get rid of old acrylic… not like my spa here at home where it actually hurts as they pry it off with clippers!
I paid the guy and left, and as I was getting in my car to leave, he came running out… I had given him a 50 dollar bill instead of a 20… HONESTY IS PRICELESS!!!
Also, my nails were thinner and more realistic looking… you won’t be sorry!
