After over 20 years we knew it was time for a new mattress. Our search started in Tigard with Josh, who was most helpful with his knowledge in narrowing down our selection to a few mattresses. Still wanting to compare we went to a couple more mattress stores. No helpful customers service. No info about the product. Next stop Bend, where we met Robin & Jess who were very very helpful. At this point needed mattress ASAP!!! Both of our backs were out & husband had just had surgery. Robin & Jess got the us on the delivery schedule for late that afternoon. Cory & tony had to come back to the store(after being on the road all day) load up our mattress and come over to our home. They got a laugh about how old our«used» mattress was. They were very efficient in getting the old set out and the new set in. They saw that we needed some support under the mattress so they waited while we got some out of the spare bedroom. Plus offered to come back to stop with anything since my husband couldn’t lift anything over 10 lbs. Outstanding customer service & plain service overall. Employers are lucky to have employees like these people.

After moving to Bend and sleeping on a creaky twin bed for 3 months I decided it was time to upgrade. My sister had purchased her bed from BedMart so I figured I would start there. I never went anywhere else. Matthew was very helpful in pointing out features of different mattress sets and helped guide me to the one that was the best for me and that I could afford. There was no sales pressure and I was not ‘guided’ toward the more expensive choices. They have an excellent selection, a clean and bright showroom and friendly sales staff. My bed was delivered a few days later as promised and they were able to take away the old creaky mattress set(for a small fee). I have had the best nights sleep. I am quite pleased. Support your local businesses.

My husband and I just moved back to Bend and made a search for a new bed our first priority. Our first 2 stops left us uncertain(questionable products, questionable service). Our visit to BedMart left us looking no further. Jeremy provided excellent service and genuinely kept our best interests in mind through the selection process. We LOVE our new bed!

We recently spent hours researching the purchase of a new mattress. After deciding on the type of mattress we wanted, we were planning to go to all the stores in our town that sold them. After going to BedMart, we went no further, and bought our mattress from them. We love shopping local and this time the local store had EVERYTHING– they carried all the different styles, Jeremy was fantastic andwas able to answer all of our questions thoroughly, they gave us plenty of time to try them all out, checked immediately regarding availability and delivery, and in all aspects made shopping for a new mattress stress-free — we left the store feeling we had made the right decision! Kudos to both Jeremy and Artie for helping us with additional questions the next day, to the delivery men who were so respectful and professional, and to the manager who makes this store function so well! I would highly recommend BedMart as the ONLY place to shop for a mattress!

BedMart is FABULOUS! Artie &AJ were both extraordinarily helpful and made our purchase and delivery easy. Professional, no pressure sales. Loved our mattress quality, however, queen size felt uncomfortablyy small for our needs once we slept on it. I called AJ and explained the situation — what a RELIEF(!) — he redily offered to exchange for the King mattress that better suits us. I would recommend BedMart to everyone!

AJ, our salesman, was very helpful and Cody & Tony, the men who delivered the mattress, were wonderful. It was the end of the day, and the new mattress had to be carried up a switchback flight of stairs, plus the old mattress had to be carried down two switchback flights of stairs, then the downstairs mattress had to be carried up a switchback flight of stairs. They were very careful. Next mattress we’ll buy from BedMart again!

My husband and I did a lot of online research before going anywhere to buy a bed. We knew a coil bed was out. It would be memory foam or latex. My husband read awesome reviews about Bedmart and I had purchased a bed there 8 years ago so we thought we would start there. Before we went in, we braced ourselves for cheezy sales tactics and said we were just going in to lay on beds and were not going to make a purchase yet. Wrong! Artie, the sales clerk, was terrific. He wasn’t pushy, left us alone as we narrowed it down, and was super knowledgable when we had questions. We walked out of there with a new Temperpedic at an awesome price and have slept well ever since. Excellent experience!

This store is great. No tough sell tactics. Just good information about the products, and a lot of listening to your preferences to help guide you to a product you’ll like. I don’t know how many people work here, but I’ve seen Artie all 4 times I’ve been in the store. He is great. So respectful and polite. And somehow he can handle 3 or 4 groups of customers by himself. In the end, we chose a mattress that we’re sure to love. He even suggested it even though it was lots cheaper than another one that we liked.

This is embarrassing. But I’ll post it anyway. Because one of the big mattress buying seasons of the year is upon us as the President’s Day weekend is on the horizon. And if you’re in the market and have some skepticism about mattress retailers(as hubby and I do), it’s worth sharing our customer service /exchange experience at Bedmart. Yes. Although we did a lot of due diligence, we ended up finding the mattress we selected was not for us. Well, not for me. My hubby could have happily kept it. But I have MS and along with that some unique issues for sleep comfort. After a week or so it seemed this mattress was aggravating some of my symptoms. And after 45 days, I tried, it was clear that was so. So for the first time ever we needed to make a «comfort exchange» on a new mattress. Went back to Bedmart to follow up on our«option 2». But in due diligence this time(another three visits for laybout… on one occasion even taking my own pillow… seriously) during which we were greeted by Jeff and Artie with courtesy and as much helpfulness as before… we actually discovered«option 3» was best. New mattress delivered in quick order. And the delivery guys, Tony and Cody, were as friendly and courteous and careful setting up as the first time. When I expressed my embarrassment at having to have the mattress changed out, they said I should have no worries about that. «At Bedmart, we want our customers to be happy. A good night’s sleep is important.» How’s THAT for ownership in customer satisfaction? Cool. So far so good with this new mattress. But having had first hand experience now with the exchange process(which we didn’t ever expect to need), thought I’d update the Unilocal review to report a hassle free experience! Wohoo.
