My family and I had been searching for a new bed and wanted to stay local. We had such great customer service. I did not feel pressure to buy, but was happy with the choices he gave me. We couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was to deliver and take the the old mattress away for us. The two guys who delivered and set up the bed were friendly. I would refer my friends, family and clients here any day!

Oh yeah! I love the Mattress Factory. We have had our natural latex mattress for about 3 years now and it is simply perfect. I’m shopping for another mattress for the guest bedroom, now.

BOTTOM LINE: The good quality mattresses produced here (you can even watch your mattress being made if you like) + the top notch customer service + the ultra fair pricing + the integrity modeled throughout the business (with that tone set by owner Jerry Seed himself) = happy and loyal Mattress Factory customers.
That’s our two bits, and the several friends and family members who we referred in there feel the same.
We’re in the market for a new master bedroom mattress. Not that there is anything wrong with the one we bought from the Mattress Factory about a dozen years ago. But we’re buying a different size bed and so need a new mattress.
Because we’ve been Mattress Factory customers in the past, we knew exactly where to start our mattress search this time. Right back to the Mattress Factory.
We may or may may not finally choose a Mattress Factory label mattress, but they are all offered at excellent prices. At this business you get what you pay for and then some.
A few years ago Mattress Factory aadded Natura Organic Sleep Products mattresses to their line up. The Natura options are spendier mattresses, but all organic materials and a quality Canadian based company. Another option to consider.
Owner Jerry Seed has had a successful business in Bend for 35 years. It’s pretty clear from the loyal customer base and the fact this business has been successful for so long in spite of a couple of serious economic downturns, including the recent one, that they’re doing things right.
Here’s a tip — if saleswoman J.C. is around when you go in to look at options at The Mattress Factory, ask for her. She is a wealth of information about the products. We wish every mattress showroom could clone her.
