The facility is very nice — well-​equipped, logically organized and very clean. The staff is friend and extremely knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of chatting with trainer Scott Schaffer, who is a wealth of knowledge and training know-​how. Scott is definitely a «thinking man’s» trainer, providing well-​informed, science-​backed guidance, and I would highly-​recommend using him as a trainer — he is head-​and-​shoulders above the poorly trained Guidos at 24hour fitness and other big-​box gyms.

I have been a member for 9 years — the trainers and owners go above and beyond to make sure I have the best equipment and direction. Love all my classes and look forward to each day going to the DAC.

Having been a member to a wide variety of gyms and fitness centers over the years I can honestly say that the BDAC is one of the nicest I’ve seen. The equipment is all up to date, in good repair, and meticulously clean. It is also the most well organized facility I’ve ever seen. The staff seems to spend a good part of their day ensuring that weights and equipment make it back to it’s designated location so there’s no searching for things.
The gym never feels crowded and I’ve rarely had to wait for a particular piece.
The staff is as friendly as they get. The owners Gary and Laura know pretty much everyone by name and they are always willing to help with whatever request you might have.
Overall it has a friendly and laid-​back atmosphere. It’s a pleasure to work out here.

I have worked out there for 3 years. And to me, it’s like Cheers — a place where everybody knows your name. Gary, Laura and their staff greet everyone by name and with a smile. It is clean, comfortable and high end.
