A number of years ago when we first worked with G5 it was a little rough to start with because our rep kept changing. Once we got the rep we currently have everything was WONDERFUL! He has been our rep for at least a couple years now. G5 is knowledgeable and easy to work with. They have always gone above and beyond to support our business and our goals. They operate with integrity so we feel very comfortable with their suggestions. G5 has also been good about keeping us up to speed with the latest and greatest in the internet so we can make changes as needed to remain competitive. With that being said, they have never been pushy about getting us to purchase more services. They give us the information and help us break down our options so we can make the best choice for our small business.

Working with G5 has been a pleasant experience. They are responsive and solution-​oriented. When a problem or question arises that needs further investigation, I am kept in the loop as to the status of the situation. I know that there is a team ready to jump in at all times and they also have helped me become self-​sufficient (teaching me to fish when applicable rather than being dependent upon them for fish). I recommend working with G5 to other companies in similar business units.
