Cathy Staley, LMT

I saw Cathy yesterday and she did me right. My first time and booked another appointment for end of October. She’s kind, funny and knows her stuff! Her pressure is spot on and you can move the next day. I have many problem areas and she addressed them all! Wish she did 2 hrs. This will be a monthly ritual for sure!!!

I have continued to receive training and post race massages for a year now. Cathy consistently provides excellent services. Additionally, she took Deschutes County insurance and handled all billing reimbursements.

I had a great massage with Cathy today. She is personable, incredibly friendly, and very intuitive about where your body needs her help. The massage was the perfect mix of relaxation and therapy for some seriously pulled muscles in my back. Her prices are quite affordable too which will help as I learn to ski this month.
Her space is in a cozy back room in a house in a neighborhood with a fireplace and soothing music. The oils she uses are gently infused with aromatherapy and not overbearing. She can also come to you if you want a massage in your home.
She worked on some areas with such gusto I wondered if she would be able to keep up the stamina for the full 90 minutes. But she definitely did. I walked out feeling very confident I will be back to yoga and running in no time.
I will definitely go back and see her smiling self again!

Cathy is a great recommendation in Bend for a massage. I am constantly having issues with my back and shoulders, and she dug right in and really made a difference. Too many massages are too light or not focused enough for me, but Cathy listened to my requests and found the right pressure and I am feeling great a few days later. I rolled into Bend with big plans for skiing at Bachelor but chronic lower back pain flared on the drive from Spokane. I thought I was hosed from enjoying beautiful spring skiing on a couple of blue bird days but thought maybe a massage would help. Based on the reviews on Unilocal and Cathy’s website I did an eany meany money moe and called for an appointment.
After an hour under her skilled hands I was walking upright and feeling better. The next morning I headed to the mountain and had one of the best days ever.
Cathy is a professional and saved my vacation. Can’t recommend her enough. Six stars.

Just got home from my massage with Cathy and I must say she is a life saver. I get a lot of massages hers is by far one of the best I have ever received. I love massages with a little more pressure and work, not so much swedish. And her style is perfect. I nearly drifted into oblivion a few times on the table but she also brought me back working out a few painful areas that needed extra attention. Thank you Cathy I wish I could take you home with me!

You’re sore in places you didn’t even know you had. I know we’ve never met, but I can tell you for sure that you are.
Cathy will find those places for you. They won’t even see her coming, but they can’t hide any longer. You’ll leave feeling so much better you’ll be amazed you could even function before you arrived.
As a regular runner I find Cathy’s therapeutic massage to be an essential tool in injury prevention. It’s also crucial to my mental health and was even an important part of my prenatal care. You might need massage for totally different reasons, but whatever they are I’m confident Cathy will not only meet them but put you totally at ease in the process.

you bet, Cathy is one of those therapists who knows what you need and understands just what to do. she has a comfortable space and goes above and beyond what many massage therapists get away with! i just wish i more massages were in my current household budget.

OMG! Last week I had a massage from Cathy, It was awesome! I used to have a massage person who I LOVED and she moved to Hawaii. I’ve been looking for someone as good as she was, and I found her! I just want to Unilocal away about it. Very professional, great touch and just what I needed for stress relief. I would highly recommend her.
