Let me start by setting the tone. I walked down stairs where the light was dimmed and soft music was playing. I disrobed and laid down on the massage table under a cozy blanket. There was a steam machine above my face that helped open my pores and sinuses. Erin used a number of products and massage techniques on my face, neck and shoulders. As the last step of the facial was setting on my face she went around and massaged my hands, arms, calves and feet. My feet were then wrapped in warm towels. I then received another shoulder and neck massage as well as a wonderful scalp massage. I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep but didn’t want to miss out. We finished with a pedicure and I was even offered a glass of wine. This whole process took over 2 hours. This is not a place to go if you are looking for a quick in and out. If you are looking for a pampering and relaxing spa experience this is the place to go.

Tristin has been doing my hair for years and I ALWAYS love it! I never did before going to her so that is a big compliment! Plus… she is so entertaining the time just flies by!
I just started seeing Erin for facials and waxing. She is incredible! My skin has never looked better and the pricing is unbelievably affordable. My facial with microdermabrasion and a glycolic acid treatment lasted two hours and was a screaming deal at $ 40. Get in there NOW. Price goes up $ 5 at the end of the year. You won’t be sorry!

Do not recommend! I went to Chop because of the great reviews I saw online. None of the stylist mentioned in the reviews appear to be still working there. The owner is there rarely and the stylist that did my hair was unskilled. She insisted to color and cut the way she wanted. The color was splotchy and the hair around my face was colored so badly I had to have it fixed immediately. The cut did not suit me as I have wavy/​curly hair. I spent the next day at supercuts getting my cut and color repaired. It is still not perfect but sooooo much better. She did three processes that day so I have to be careful about doing too much color correction as to not damage further. Do not go because of reviews online as you will be gravely disappointed.

Tristin rocks! She cuts my whole family’s hair. Very accommodating, even at the last minute. She’s super fun and friendly and always does a great job. Highly recommend.
