Just have to share. Bought a Janome 8900 a few weeks ago. There was some discussion about what was and was not included in the price. A part was ordered, it turns out it wasn’t included in the overall price but Bill, Elaine and Cynthia’s made it good! They are amazing people and I cannot say enough good things about how they treat their customers. For anyone looking for a new machine — check them out. They are fair, but more important — they are honorable. Rare, these days. They deserve this review!
