I used Enviro Shuttle this weekend while in town for a wedding in Sisters. We had a couple hiccups, but in the end, the customer service my mom and I received was really great and made up for the missteps. Our driver that picked us up from the airport was extremely friendly and gave us a bit of a tour of town on the way to Sisters. I’ll definitely be calling them again next time I’m in the area.

These guys are great! The driver was really nice and polite and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. He came 3 min before scheduled time and got me fast and safe to the airport.

I have used enviro numerous times. The pick up has always been prompt, even at 4:00 AM! I have had different drivers and each one has been courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this taxi service!

I have been using this Enviro Shuttle for the last few years for my go to company in Bend.
I have to say it has been a great relationship. Very accommodating at all times of the day or night. My schedule can be a bit crazy at times and often changes in mid stream. But these guys always make sure I get safely to the airport or home.

Great alternative to a taxi and cheaper.
Used this for a 1 way from bend to redmond airport for 4 ppl. Friendly driver (koda) thank u! It was $ 30 but was actually quite the distance. .easily more in a taxi. They have different rates depending on passengers and pickup /​drop off. I would recommend and use again!

Was very please with Enviro Shuttle. We had to be picked up around 3:15AM in Prineville and we also used this company to get back home from the airport. The driver was on time picking us up from our home and when we got off the plane the driver was there to great us inside the airport to help us with our luggage to the car. Only reason I didn’t 5 stars is because I was told the driver would call in the morning to confirm he was on his way for our pick up (since I was paranoid he may over sleep) and I never got that call.

Wonderful experience. I had a super early flight out of redmond. I was picked up by a super friendly gal and made it right to the airport with no trouble. It was really refreshing taking such an honest ride and we had great conversations for 4 am! Highly recommended! Will use again. :)

Hitched a ride to Bend from the airport a week ago. The process was very easy, the price was very affordable, and the customer service was remarkable. I was picked up by Melinda, and it was as though we had known each other for years. I would recommend their services if you need a shuttle to anywhere in the surrounding area. Oh, and Bend is an awesome place to visit.

Used Enviroshuttle for a trip from the airport to Bend and I couldn’t be happier with the service. My flight arrived very late at night (almost midnight) but despite the late hour, I was greeted by the friendliest, most upbeat driver as soon as I exited the terminal. Her positive attitude was absolutely contagious and a welcome change after a long day of work and traveling. She was pleasant during the whole drive to Bend and when she learned it was my first time visiting the town, she offered several recommendations for dining and things to check out during my stay. She made me feel very welcome and went out of her way to be kind and engaging. This was hands down the best car service experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this company.

Used the service yesterday from the airport to my house outside of Sunriver. Reservation process was great… I emailed a request a few days prior to my arrival… they got right back to me… driver (Billie) was there when I got off my flight… and a very pleasant ride home. Billie is a great driver… very nice… helpful information, and really takes pride in his work. I highly recommend their service.

We use Enviro shuttle for airport transport for my husband’s business trips. The cars are clean (no smokers), drivers prompt and friendly. I like the option of car-​sharing to reduce your fare.
Their one downfall, as everyone else has noted, is that their response time on requests is really slow. I always make sure to email and text, and usually hear back within the day. That works for me, but I doubt it is sustainable for them as a business.
I hope they read their reviews and make some adjustments. Bill and Milinda seem like good folks and I’d like to see their business flourish.

I contacted them via email to make a resv. I received no reply. I did the same thing via text message, and no again reply, called… no answer. I repeated over a 2 day period.
My initial positive review, when they were getting their business going was positive. Now that they are «established», it appears that there is room for some much needed improvement!

I’ve used these guys 2 or 3 times to get to the airport when I’ve needed to leave my vehicle at home for various reasons. They are always on-​time (usually early), they are always friendly and personable, and they even take American Express!
The only thing I would say they could improve on is having someone available to answer the phone and book trips. Most of the time I call and leave a message or text them. You’ll get a response back within ½ an hour, but it is a little nerve wracking when you are trying to line up a ride to the airport to not get a firm confirmation immediately.

I’m only giving them 3 stars NOT because their service is bad, on the contrary their service is excellent! The cars are clean, the drivers are kind and personal, the price is right and they have always been on time to take my husband and I to the airport. My criticism is that they do not have enough cars/​drivers to service all of their requests. My husband and I travel at least 2 to 3 weeks per month and 50% of the time they tell us that they can not accommodate us because they are full with pick ups and drop offs for the day. If you are a person that travels on business you need to book Enviro Shuttle at least 3 weeks in advance. We have now had to start using another local taxi cab company.

William was quick to return my call and confirmed the reservation with an e-​mail. Melinda greeted us at the airport right on time, was super friendly and answered a ton of our questions about Bend. Their Prius is surprisingly roomy, very clean and comfortable. Their rates are more affordable than any other service. I will definitely use Enviro for all future trips. Awesome personalized service. On top of that, environmentally friendly fleet. Melinda welcomed us at the airport and was very excited to provide service. She even went out of her way to help find a hotel for us to store our luggage since we can’t check in our lodge in Sunriver yet. I would highly recommend them and use them again when I return to Bend.
