Consignment store with a very nice selection. If you are looking for something special and don’t want to pay a fortune, check Flipped out. The owner is very helpful and if you tell her what you are looking for she will scour the entire store for what might fit the bill. She also made helpful suggestions without making it a hard sell. A pleasant experience.
This is a great place to shop for a dress. Dress shops are hard to find in Bend, although it’s not as difficult as it used to be.
Walk right over from your visit to Galveston Ave or the food cart lot. Grab Cibelli’s afterwards, it’s in the same parking lot!

Showed up twice in one week during posted business hours. First time, shop was closed & no one was there. Second time there was someone working but the doors were locked & she said they weren’t open. Well, guess they don’t want our business, or anyone else’s.
