Used to be a favorite of mine when i was younger! Went in today and they burnt my slice, no biggie, they put a new one in for me. I told them I didn’t mind crispy and if they’re going to throw another in I’d take the burnt one too… They said they couldnt do that, and THREW IT AWAY? What?

Felt like some pizza so ordered the meal. Comes with one slice, salad and drink. The slice can probably feed 2 people! Customer service was good.

Not the greatest pizza… But they make up for it in volume. The 24″ beast is huge !! We had 7 teenagers over last night and they couldn’t finish it. They are always friendly… I’d say 3.5 stars is more accurate, but it’s not an option. Bend has lots of pizza joints, this is most definitely better than average.

Ordered a GIANT cheese pizza to go for 8 people, and it was perfect. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the thin-​but-​not-​too-​thin crust, with the right amount of sauce and just enough cheese that didn’t slide off the pizza when you took a bite. After a day of floating down the Deschutes, this was a great meal to wash down with a couple beers.

Great pizza! The staff is always friendly and having fun enjoying themselves and includes customers in the fun! Quick delivery good prices great pizza and the only place in town you can get a 24 incher or a margarita pizza this good

Great pizza. Very fast and friendly service. Love being able to order just one slice and customize it with whatever I want.

Been living here for the last 7 years and have always enjoyed this place until my last recent visit there.
I called at 3:45 for a pie and was told it would be ready at 4:15; I got there at 4:15 and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for my pie after they informed me that they forgot to make it.
Now, I work in the service industry and if I took a TO-​GO order and forgot it, then made the customer wait longer for their food/​product, I would either include a hefty discount or comp it because like it’s stated on the Cibelli’s website, Frank Cibelli’s credo is «People, Product, Profit… in that order».
Forgetting about the «People» part is one thing but once we got home and opened up the pizza and it was burnt on most of the bottom and crust. So now, the «Product» was forgotten about as well. But Frank’s credo was not fully forgotten as they still took my money, their «Profit».
I give them 2 stars because I’ve been there so much and usually had a great experience that they deserve that, but anyone who is running a business should know that one really bad experience can have a lasting effect on a customer which can lead to a negative review like this.
So in the end I guess the «Happiness Guaranteed» slogan written on their box didn’t ring true for this experience.

Awesome pies. Fast, friendly service. Just like home… the slices are as big as your head.
There is a bit of outdoor seating, but no indoor seating. This is a ToGo shop and calling ahead is smart if you want a whole pie.
Now if we can just get them to start delivering…
