What a great sub shop! The staff was friendly and seemed to be genuinely happy to work there. My wife got a sandwich I got a wrap. Both were great and the homestyle ranch dressing was amazing. Great place great food and great service! 5 star all the way

Love Jersey Mike’s! Great service, fresh product, always delicious. One complaint, the recent switch to paper to sign for credit card transactions, versus no paper. I asked the staff why and was told it was because ONE customer complained about being forced to pass a tip screen before completing a transaction. So, we are going to kill a forest-​full of trees because ONE customer doesn’t know how to use the technology to bypass the tip screen and not tip!!! Come on! Please go back to automated transactions which are easy to use, allow you tip of you want (or don’t want to) and save some trees!!! The staff deserves those tips, BTW! Always smiling, friendly, efficient and fun!

Very nice employees that will make jokes and never seem dull. The sandwiches are very good and full of meat and spices. There are not that many choices because the cold cuts are fresh cut right in front of you. It was pricey for 7.95 a regular size sandwich but definitely worth the money.

Great Spot for Lunch… Food is always consistent, and the staff is always friendly… I wasn’t a big fan in PDX, but here in Bend this place has become a GOTO lunch location.

Newest east coast sandwich chain to come to Bend. The service was good and friendly but unfortunately the sandwich was not as good as I expected from reading other reviews. I ordered the Italian. The bread was very dry (may have been over baked). There was more meat on the sandwich than you get at Jimmy johns (not hard to do), but not as much as other better sandwiches in town. The flavor was lacking, as the cold cuts were bland. The sandwich was pricey at $ 7.95 for a regular sandwich and over $ 10 with my drink and chips.

Had a really great Italian sub at Jersey Mikes. Not quite as stuffed with meat as I remembered in Las Vegas but very good. Totally blows Subway out of the water! Sign up for their email club to get discounts.

I read an article the other day about how the Subway franchise is struggling, losing market share to their competitors like Jersey Mikes. During the last two weeks I had a sub from Subway and yesterday from Jersey Mikes. If Subway wants to know why their profits are down they should do this simple experiment. Go to any Subway and buy an Italian sub. Go to Jersey Mike’s a buy an Italian sub. Compare the two. Now you know why your sales are down.
Great job Jersey Mikes! This is the way it’s supposed to be done.

We came in last night right at closing and were greeted by two gentlemen at the counter. Grey and Blake. You guys kick-​ass. They were polite and accommodating even though it was 8:55pm on Sunday night. We will be back

If there is one thing that Bend has is great sandwich shops. Jersey Mikes is another. The service is friendly and fast, and the sub was the freshest I have had. The roast beef is so tender and juicy. If you like subs, do yourself a favor and come to Jersey Mikes!

I lived NJ for forty years, 5 miles from Point Pleasant… home of Jersey Mike’s. JM was always the place to go for an excellent and consistent sub. This franchise was no different than any of the other JM’s. Logan was extremely friendly and his staff were well trained. I was only in Bend for a few days but managed to go to this location twice. Keep up the great work guys!

I work pretty close and was tired of my same old lunch destinations so I was happy to see a new place open up. This place is awesome! The guys and gals are really nice and out going. Let’s talk about the sandwiches, fresh sliced meats and cheeses and I am a huge fan of «mikes way». I’ve never put oil and vinegar on a sandwich but they changed my mind. They cook their bacon fresh every morning so it’s nice an crispy and not all rubbery like most places. I will probably never go to subway for lunch again. Try these guys out you won’t be disappointed!

After a long day of skiing at Mt Bachelor, we wanted some carry out to take back to our hotel… Jersey Mike’s was the right choice!
We frequent a Jersey Mike’s back home in Kentucky and this place is on par with ours. The only difference was the sweet tea, which wasn’t as sweet as ours and that really isn’t a bad thing.
All three guys working the counter were super polite too.

I wish there was a 4 ½ star rating for this place. The grinder style is pretty damn good. Close to authentic. Spendier than Subway, but probably worth it.

I’ve been coming here twice a week since they opened and it’s been great every time. The restaurant is always clean, staff are unbelievably friendly and the sandwiches are the best I’ve had. My favorite is the number 8 Mikes way.
