I have always been impressed with the staff here, they are friendly and helpful. One time I went through the drive-thru and they missed one of our meals. I called and spoke with the manager(who happened to be the one who answered the phone) He apologized and said to come back. When I returned, nor only did he give me the meal(freshly made) and included several cookies.

Wow! So, KFC is what it is. A fast food business in the 21st century. Nothing like the chicken(truly fresh and cooked in front of you) in the 1970’s &1980’s. It was like eating chicken at your Grandma’s back then. Today it has been commercialized to handle the millions of customers per day that have been trained to believe this is «real» fried chicken. So, again… it is what it is. BUT…what is different is the PEOPLE who are working at this KFC. They are happy in their work, they treat everyone with respect, they believe in their product, they go out of their way to make your experience positive and enjoyable. I witnessed many smiles, singing while working, making sure people were happy & had everything they needed. I witnessed TRUE customer service and pride in a job well done. Think about it… every thing that every body uses is someone else’s job to provide. Every job is important. These folks are taking pride in their job and it is reflected in how people are treated. Think about that. Everything you use, touch, eat, see, smell is provided for you by someone else. A simple $ 5 meal can be an experience if you open your eyes. I saw that today. Job well done. Kudos to these employees.

Third time in a row, I have been to KFC and they forgot part of my order. Manager was rude, no apologies acted as if it is a normal everyday thing. Will never go back.

Two visits in a row they forgot to give me a utensil in the drive thru for my mac and cheese. When I called to say this, the lady who answered tried to pass it off as new workers in training. I’ve seen that kid working there for months

The floor was dirty by the door. There were too many people working and too few customers not to be paying attention to details. Need to be walking around and looking for cleaning opportunities.

Staff was very friendly but the $ 5.00 fill up is a joke however, we have ordered from this KFC before and what extras they give in the the«fill up «deal they take away in the portions of the meal, you get a cookie and a drink but they skimp on the rest. The portions we normaly get are better without the cookie and a drink, the chicken bowls are always filled to the top but the«fill up «on the chicken bowls was missed as the contents only went up about half way. KFC is becoming less and less a value, gee for only $ 24.95 you can get 8 pieces of chicken and skimpy sides, enough to feed 2.6 pieces of chicken for 3 people !

Ok, I must admit, I don’t eat at fast food restaurants often. But KFC reminds me of my childhood. Growing up in the 70’s it was a big deal, and I have 3 boys; 9, 11&13, we’ve told about the great mashed potatoes, so we had to take the boys here. When we arrived, there wasn’t anyone in line, by the time we figured out the menu and what we wanted, 20 min. Had passed, and now there at least a dozen people waiting. We placed out order, which the cashier was very patient with the boys, and making sure each item was ordered correctly. After a short wait we got our food and hurried across town to our game practice. Once we arrived, we opened our dinners and discovered we were shorted 1 dinner. I was annoyed, and hungry, but called to tell them. This is why I wanted to write the review. When I explained what happened, Dell Ray, remembered us, listened, w as empathetic and immediately said he would have our dinner put together. I told him, We couldn’t get come right then and didn’t know how long it would be. He said, «not a problem, Whenever you get here we’ll put it together and give you a free bundt cake for your troubles.» He didn’t have to do this but our 9 y/o was ecstatic and it made me a supporter of our local KFC. Great job Dell Ray! Plus, of the 5 or 6 employees I saw working that night, he was working the hardest by far.

Ate lunch here with my husband today. I was less than impressed, I was extremely disappointed. We ordered our 2 lunches, $ 13.98, when we received our food it was awful. The two boneless chicken pieces, original recipe, my husband was given were dried out, shrunken, tough and almost rock hard. My two pieces, 1 leg and 1 thigh original recipe, were so tiny and also dried out looking. Luckily the meat on mine wasn’t as dried out but the breading was hard to chew. The cole slaw was the cole slaw, the mashed potatoes were the same mashed potatoes I always enjoy. I used to be a huge fan of KFC, and today before we got there all I could think about was eating at KFC, after today’s experience I will never eat at this one ever again.
